1 SUMMARY OF EMISSIONS OF CELLNEX TELECOM IN SPAIN, CELLNEX ITALIA AND CELLNEX FRANCE The calculation of the Carbon Footprint of Cellnex Telecom includes the activity of Cellnex Tel ecom in Spain, Cellnex Italia and Cellnex France. 2 Cellnex Telecom in Spain The report on the GHG emissions of Cellnex Telecom in Spain is drawn up within the framework of ISO :2012 standard, and it is based on The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, a Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard developed by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. The scope of the calculation of the Cellnex Telecom in Spain Carbon Footprint of includes 3 companies: Retevisión, Tradia, OnTower and the corporate centers of Cellnex, including both its corporate c enters and the technical centers distributed throughout the Spanish geography. In addition, the memory of GHG emissions distinguishes between organizational and financial limits: Organizational limits: understood as the boundaries determined by the operations owned or controlled by the reporting enterprise. Operational limits: understood as the boundaries determined by the direct a nd i ndirec t emi ssions (scope 1 and 2) associated with operations owned or controlled by Cellnex Telecom in Spain. Emissions from scope 1 (direct GHG emissions that are controlled by Cellnex Telecom in Spain), scope 2 (indirect emissions associated with the electricity consumption of Cellnex Telecom in Spain) and scope 3 (other indirect GHG emissions as a result of the activities of the organization tha t a re generated i n owned sources or that are controlled by another organization) have been considered. According to the latest guidelines set by the organization, it has been agreed to change the criterion of customer consumption allocation, since it has been detected that consumption of customer facilities is paid by Cellnex Telecom in Spain. To give coherence to the results presented, it has been included in 3.4 category (Transport and upstream distribution) the 3.9 category consumptions (Transport and downstream distribution); wi thin scope 2, the 3.13 category consumptions (Assets leased by third parties); a nd wi thin 3.5 c ategory (Generation of waste), 3.12 category consumptions (End of life of the products). On the one hand, for the calculation of GHG emissions (scope 1), emissions associated with the us e of diesel (own fleet), with the consumption of oil installations, with the consumption of gasoline (generators), with the diesel consumption of DESIGENIA hybrid systems, with the consumption of natural gas and with the leakage of refrigerant gases have been considered. For the calculation of GHG emissions (scope 2), emissions associated with electricity consumption have been considered. Fi nally, scope 3 includes emissions derived from the following categories: 3.1 Procurement of goods and services (water and paper consumption), 3.4 Trips made by third parties and paid by Cellnex Telecom in Spain (Transport and Upstream Distribution), 3.5 Waste Generation, and 3.6 Corporate Travel. The responsible area for calculating the carbon footprint within Cellnex Telecom i n Spain s i nternal structure is the Sustainability Unit. Also, to facilitate comparison and monitoring of results, the functional unit chosen for this study is the Power Installed, which is ,27 kw in The Table 1 shows GHG emissions generated by the activity of Cellnex Telecom in Spain for the yea rs 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 by scopes and sources. Cellnex Telecom in Spain's Carbon Footprint in 2018 is t CO 2e, representing 24% more GHG emissions than the previous year a nd 40% more GHG emissions than the base year The source that has a greater contribution in the emissions derived from the activity of Cellnex Telecom in Spain is electricity, assuming 95% of the total emissions of the organization i n 2018, following the previous 2015, 2016 and 2017 trend. Analyzing 2018 issues by ownership, 43,71% of Cellnex Telecom in Spain's emissions belong to Ontower, 43,58% to Retevision, 11,18% to Tradia and 1,52% to Cel lnex's Corporate Centers

3 Cellnex Italia The report on the GHG emissions of Cellnex Italia is drawn up within the framework of ISO :2012 standard, and it is based on The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, a Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard developed by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. The current structure of Cellnex Italia is composed by different companies (Towerco, Galata, CommsCon, Sirtel, BRT Tower and DFA), although the scope of the present calculation of the c a rbon footprint 2018 only includes the companies Galata, Towerco, CommsCon and Cellnex Italia S.r.l. I n the calculation of the 2016 carbon footprint only Galata company was considered and in 2017 c alculation only Galata and Towerco companies. The report on the GHG emissions of Cellnex Italia distinguishes between organizational boundaries a nd financial boundaries following the methodological framework described above: Organizational boundaries: understood as the boundaries determined by the operations owned or controlled by the reporting enterprise. As already mentioned, for the year 2016 is the company Galata, for 2017 are the companies Galata and TowerCo and for 2018 CommsCon and Cellnex Italia S.r.l. are included. Operational boundaries: understood as the boundaries determined by the direct and i ndirec t emissions (scope 1 and 2) associated with operations owned or controlled by Cellnex Italia. The vehicle doesn t belong to the activity, so it would be considered scope 3 but i t ha s not been considered in the calculation. On the one hand, for the calculation of GHG emissions (scope 1), emissions derived from the consumption of diesel from the oil installations have been considered. Galata, Towerco and CommsCon companies have an oil facility that supplies a generator. On the other hand, for the calculation of GHG emissions (scope 2), emissions derived from electricity consumption have been considered. The responsible area for calculating the carbon footprint within Cellnex Italia s internal structure i s the Sustainablity Unit. Also, to facilitate comparison and monitoring of results, the functional unit chosen for this study is the same as Cellnex Telecom in Spain: Power Installed, which is kw in The Table 1 shows GHG emissions generated by the activity of Cellnex Italia in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 by scopes and sources. Cellnex Italia's Carbon Footprint in 2018 is t CO2e, representing 7% more GHG emissions than the previous year 2017 and 20% more GHG emissions tha n the ba se yea r The increase of emissions between the years 2016 and 2018 could be due for three possible factors: Increase of number of sites More operators for a same site New technology and more potent. The source that has a greater contribution in the emissions derived from the activity of Cellnex Italia i s electricity, assuming more than 99% of the total emissions of the organization in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

4 Cellnex France The report on the GHG emissions of Cellnex France is drawn up within the framework of ISO :2012 standard, and it is based on The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, a Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard developed by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. The current structure of Cellnex France is composed by Towerlink since Dec ember 2018, due to the recent incorporation the scope of the present calculation of the carbon footprint 2018 only i ncludes Cellnex France corporation. The report on the GHG emissions of Cellnex Italia distinguishes between organizational boundaries a nd financial boundaries following the methodological framework described above: Organizational boundaries: understood as the boundaries determined by the operations owned or controlled by the reporting enterprise. Operational boundaries: understood as the boundaries determined by the direct and i ndirec t emissions (scope 1 and 2) associated with operations owned or controlled by Cellnex France. On the one hand, for the calculation of GHG emissions (scope 1), the company does not have a ny data base with information related to the air-conditioning units, reason why the leaks of refrigerant gases haven t been calculated. On the other hand, for the calculation of GHG emissions (scope 2), emi ssions derived from electricity consumption have been considered. The responsible area for calculating the carbon footprint within Cellnex France internal structure is the Quality-Health-Safety-Environment Manager of the Operations Department. The Table 1 shows GHG emissions generated by the activity of Cellnex France in 2018 by s copes a nd sources. Cellnex France Carbon Footprint in 2018 is 110,86 t CO 2e, all of them coming from the electricity consumption.

5 RESUMEN DE LAS EMISIONES DE CELLNEX TELECOM EN ESPAÑA, CELLNEX ITALIA Y CELLNEX FRANCIA El cálculo de la Huella de Carbono de Cellnex Telecom incluye la actividad de Cellnex Telecom en España, Cellnex Italia y Cellnex Francia. 6 Cellnex Telecom en España La memoria de emisiones de GEI 2018 de Cellnex Telecom en España está realizada en el ma rc o de referencia de la ISO 14064:1-2012, basada en The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, a Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, desarrollado por el World Business Council for Sustainable Development. El alcance del cálculo de la huella corporativa de Cellnex Telecom en España i ncluye l as 3 empresas españolas que integran el grupo: Retevisión, Tradia, OnTower y los centros c orporativos de Cel lnex, incluyendo tanto sus centros corporativos como los centros técnicos distribuidos por España. Asimismo, la memoria de emisiones de GEI distingue entre límites organizacionales y límites operacionales: Límites organizacionales: entendidos como los límites que determinan las operaciones que s on propiedad o están bajo el control de la empresa que reporta. Se ha considerado el c riterio de control financiero correspondiente a los centros corporativos y centros técnicos de las empresas de Cellnex Telecom en España. Límites operacionales: entendidos como los límites que determinan l as emi siones directas e indirectas asociadas a operaciones que son propiedad o están bajo el control de Cellnex Telecom en España. Se ha tenido en cuenta las emisiones directas de GEI que están controladas por Cellnex Telecom en España (alcance 1), las emisiones indirectas asociadas al consumo de electricidad de las propias instalaciones de Cellnex Telecom en España (alcance 2) y otras emisiones indirectas de GEI consecuencia de las actividades de la organización que se generan en fuentes propiedad o bajo el control de otra organización (alcance 3). Comentar que de acuerdo a las últimas directrices marcadas por l a organización s e ha c onvenido cambiar el criterio de la asignación de consumos de los clientes, ya que se ha detectado que en realidad del consumo de las instalaciones de clientes está pagado por Cellnex Telecom en España. Con el fin de dar coherencia a los resultados presentados y que estos puedan ser comparados con años previos, se ha incluido dentro del 3.4. Transporte y distribución aguas arriba (Upstream) el consumo del 3.9. Transporte y distribución aguas abajo (Downstream); dentro del alcance 2 los consumos de Activos arrendados por terceros; y dentro de la categoría 3.5. Residuos generados por la actividad, l os consumos de la categoría Fin de vida de los productos. El alcance 1 incluye las emisiones asociadas al uso de gasoil de la flota de vehíc ulos, l as emisiones derivadas del consumo de gasoil de las instalaciones petrolíferas, las emisiones derivadas del consumo de gasolina de los grupos portátiles y las fugas de gases refrigerantes de los equipos de refrigeración. El alcance 2 incluye las emisiones derivadas del consumo de electricidad. Finalmente, el alcance 3 i ncluye las emisiones derivadas de las siguientes categorías: adquisiciones de bienes y servicios (c onsumo de agua y papel), desplazamientos realizados por terceros pagados por Cellnex Telecom en España (transporte y distribución Upstream), generación de residuos, y desplazamientos corporativos en avión, tren y barco. El área responsable del cálculo de la huella de carbono dentro de l a es tructura i nterna de Cel lnex Telecom en España es la Unidad de Sostenibilidad. Además, para facilitar la comparación y el control de los resultados, la unidad funcional elegida para este estudio es la Potencia Autorizada, siendo ,27 kw en La Tabla 1 muestra las emisiones de GEI generadas por la actividad de Cellnex Telecom en España en los años 2015, 2016, 2017 y 2018 por alcances y fuentes de emisión. La huella de c a rbono de Cel lnex Telecom en España para el año 2017 es de t CO2e, que representa un 24% más de emisiones de GEI que el año 2017 y un 40% más de emisiones de GEI que el año La fuente que tiene una mayor contribución en las emisiones derivadas de l a ac tividad de Cellnex Telecom en España es la electricidad, siguiendo la línea de años anteriores 2015, 2016 y 2017, suponiendo el 95% de las emisiones asociadas. Analizando las emisiones de 2017 por ti tularidad, el 43,71% de las emisiones de Cellnex Telecom en España son responsabilidad de Ontower, un 43,58% de Retevisión, un 11,18% de Tradia y un 1,52 % de los Centros corporativos de Cellnex.

7 Cellnex Italia La memoria de emisiones de GEI de Cellnex Italia 2018 se ha elaborado en el ma rco de l a norma ISO :2012, basada en The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, a Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, desarrollado por el World Business Council for Sustainable Development. La estructura actual de Cellnex Italia está compuesta por diferentes empresas (Towerco, Galata, CommsCon, Sirtel, BRT Tower y DFA), aunque en el alcance de la huella solo s e ha n i ncluido Ga lata, Towerco, CommsCon y Cellnex Italia S.r.l. El alcance del cálculo de la huella de carbono de 2016 i nc luía únicamente la empresa Galata y la de 2017, además de la empresa Galata se i ncorporó l a empresa Towerco. El informe sobre las emisiones de GEI de Cellnex Italia distingue entre los límites organizacionales y l os límites financieros: Límites organizativos: entendidos como los límites determinados por las operaciones que posee o controla la empresa que informa. Como ya se mencionó, para el año son las compañías Galata, Towerco, CommsCon y Cellnex Italia S.r.l. Límites operacionales: entendidos como los límites determinados por las emisiones directas e indirectas asociadas con las operaciones que Cellnex Italia posee o c ontrola. El vehíc ulo no pertenece a la actividad, por lo que se consideraría alcance 3. El alcance 3 no se ha considerado en el cálculo. Para el cálculo de las emisiones de GEI (alcance 1), se han considerado las emi siones derivadas del consumo de diesel de los grupos electrógenos, y para el cálculo de las emisiones de GEI (alcanc e 2), s e han considerado las emisiones derivadas del consumo de electricidad. El área responsable para calcular la huella de carbono dentro de la estructura interna de Cellnex Italia es la Unidad de Sostenibilidad. Además, para facilitar la comparación y el c ontrol de l os resultados, l a unidad funcional elegida para este estudio es la misma que Cellnex España: la potencia instalada, que es de kw en La Tabla 1 muestra las emisiones de GEI generadas por la actividad de Cellnex Italia en los a ños 2016, 2017 y 2018 por alcances y fuentes de emisión, que incluye las emisiones consideradas dentro de l as empresas Galata, Towerco, CommsCon y Cellnex Italia S.r.l. La huella de carbono de Cellnex It alia en 2018 es de t CO 2e, representando un incremento del 7% respecto el año anterior y del 20% respecto al año base El incremento de emisiones entre los dos años de Galata es consecuencia de tres factores: - Incremento del número de sites - Más operadores para un mismo site - Nueva tecnología con mayor potencia. La fuente que tiene una mayor contribución en las emisiones derivadas de la actividad de Cellnex It alia es la electricidad, suponiendo más del 99% de las emisiones totales de la organización en 2016 y 2017.

8 Cellnex Francia La memoria de emisiones de GEI de Cellnex Francia 2018 se ha elaborado en el marco de la norma ISO :2012, basada en The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, a Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, desarrollado por el World Business Council for Sustainable Development. La estructura actual de Cellnex Francia está compuesta por Towerlink desde diciembre de 2018, y debido a tratarse de una incorporación muy reciente, en el alcance de la huella de carbono 2018 solo se ha incluido la misma corporación de Cellnex Francia. El informe sobre las emisiones de GEI de Cellnex Francia distingue entre los límites organizacionales y los límites financieros: Límites organizativos: entendidos como los límites determinados por las operaciones que posee o controla la empresa que informa. Límites operacionales: entendidos como los límites determinados por las emisiones directas e indirectas asociadas con las operaciones que Cellnex Francia posee o controla. Para el cálculo de las emisiones de GEI, no se han podido incluir las emisiones derivadas de las fugas de gases refrigerantes en el alcance 1 por falta de información relacionada con los equipos de climatización, aunque se intentará obtener la información para el cálculo de la huella de c a rbono del próximo año. Para el cálculo de las emisiones de GEI del alcance 2, se han considerado l as emisiones derivadas del consumo de electricidad. El área responsable para calcular la huella de carbono dentro de la estructura interna de Cellnex Francia es la Gerencia de Calidad, Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente del Departamento de Operaciones. La Tabla 1 muestra las emisiones de GEI generadas por la actividad de Cellnex Francia en el a ño 2018 por alcances y fuentes de emisión. La huella de carbono de Cellnex Francia en 2018 es de 110,86 tco2e, emisiones procedentes en su totalidad del consumo de electricidad de l os distintos centros.
