2 MAQUINARIA STR1/50 Combine machine of Breaking Separating STR1/50 is the compact machine both for the shelling of whole shelled product and for the separation of the broken shells, with the capacity of about 1 q/h, compatibly with the quality of the product. It is provided with a cast iron roll, electric motor of 1 Hp and whatever is necessary to ensure a good functioning. The motion transmission is provoked by a unified pitch roller chain. All the metallic parts are painted according to our colors. The line includes the separating machine STR50, composed of a base frame in tubular and a vibrant system controlled by cam. The separating machine has a sizing shaker containing five calibrated frames for the selection of the product. It has an area of aspiration provided with a fan having 5 aspiration channels and a five channel area for the unloading of the product. Schematically, the functioning of a shelling machine is the following: the non-shelled fruit is put into a loading hopper. Then, it enters the shelling line which is composed of a series of knives and a rotor, having a rotation in reverse direction. Colliding with the knives which rotate with the rolls, the shell is broken into different parts. The shell and the kernel come out from the roll through a specific adjustable cage that has splines to expel the product.
