The grade for Miscellaneous Parts is based on Damage Reported. Damage Reported is an indication of any type of degradation or poor part quality. Note: If the Damage Reported field is blank, then no grade is assigned. Miscellaneous Parts () Damage Reported = None This grade is never assigned to a Miscellaneous Part. If there is NY damage reported, the part is graded a "". M Mechanical or parts that are affected and/or associated with mileage. The grade for Mechanical Parts is based on Mileage and Model Year. Mechanical Parts (M) If the following are true, then the part is graded an "":

2 If the part has less than 60,000 miles, it will be graded. If the part has 60,000 miles or more, but less than 200,000 miles, it will be graded as follows: If the part has less than 15,000 miles per model years of age it will be graded. Example urrent Year of Part = 2006 urrent Year = 2008 Part Mileage = 42,000 Step 1: Determine the Model Year ge of the Part Model Year ge of a Part = (urrent Year + 1) - Model Year ( ) = 3 years The Model Year ge of this part is 3 years in Step 2: Determine the Model Year ge of the Part per Year Part Mileage/Model Year ge of the Part = Model Year ge per Year 42,000/3 = 14,000 miles The Model Year ge of this Part per Year = 14,000 miles. Therefore, the part will be graded "". If the following are true, then the part is graded a "": If the part has 60,000 miles or more, but less than 200,000 miles, it will be graded as follows: If the part has 15,000 miles or more per model year it will be graded. If the following are true, then the part is graded a "": If any damage is selected in the Damage Reported field, the part is automatically graded a "". If 'None' is selected in the Damage Reported field, but the mileage is equal to or greater than 200,000 miles (or 321,869 kilometers), regardless of age, the part is graded a "".
