The previous part number will be retained Carburetor C1Q-S118B With the introduction of the new fixed jet and the new high speed screw (see b 1.3), the designation of the carburetor will be changed from C1Q-S118A to C1Q-S118B. The new end cover may only be used in combination with the new torsion spring The previous torsion spring remains available for carburetors with the previous end cover The previous torsion spring may only be used in combination with the previous end cover Fixed jet, high speed screw To further improve function, the previous fixed jet is replaced by the new version The new fixed jet differs from the previous version by a larger jet bore. The diameter of the jet bore can be determined from the marking of the fixed jet (see b 1.3.1). With the introduction of the new fixed jet , the previous high speed screw will be replaced by the new version Marking of the fixed jet The diameter of the jet bore can be read on the fixed jet after removal of the end cover, metering diaphragm and the gasket. For the carburetors C1Q-S118 and C1Q-S118A with the previous versions of the fixed jet and high speed screw, the new "High speed adjusting screw kit is available as a spare part. The new "High speed adjusting screw kit" contains the new versions of the fixed jet and the high speed screw The new fixed jet may only be used in combination with the new high speed screw. This affects the carburetors with the designation C1Q- S118B and previous carburetors (C1Q-S118 and C1Q-S118A respectively), in which the new versions of the fixed jet and the high speed screw have already been installed..1 Tank housing The following settings apply: Basic setting without limiter cap on the high speed screw H Low speed screw L: 1 turn open High speed screw H: 1.5 turns open Standard setting with limiter cap on the high speed screw H Low speed screw L: 1 turn open High speed screw H: 3/4 turn open (max. no further than stop). Tank housing, filter cover, screw For further improvement of the screw connection between tank housing and filter cover, the following measures have been taken:. New tank housing (see b.1) with improved threaded inserts. New filter cover (see b.) with knurled bushings The previous tank housing is being replaced by the new version The new tank housing contains modified threaded inserts (arrows) for screwing on the filter cover. The improved filter cover (see b.) and the new screws (see b.) for screw-mounting the new filter cover are enclosed with the new tank housing Spare parts The previous tank housing is no longer available. The new tank housing can also be used for older machines. 370TI048 KN. New screws (see b.) with mounting pegs. Filter cover, screw With the introduction of the new tank housing (see b.1), in the previous filter cover (1) , the previous bushing () is being replaced by a new, knurled version. The new bushing is permanently integrated in the filter cover (3) and not available as a spare part. The part number of the previous filter cover is being retained for the new filter cover. 4 5 With the introduction of the new tank housing (see b.1), the previous screw (4) IS-M5x (4x) for fastening the filter cover to the tank housing is being replaced by the new version (5) IS-M5x The 1 3 new version (5) has a lead in (6) and simplifies mounting of the filter cover.
