The welding of the parts is performed on-site by the Lead time short term customer. Lead time approx. 3 working days ex works following technical approval Flange connection The alternative for split delivery of the Sinus compact manifold (with or without thermal separation) or the Hyd- Personalised custom manufacture rofixx manifold is to fit a flange connection in the factory and provide screws, nuts and seal. Optional magnetite separation All small come as a set with insulation, and with wall bracket for up to 150 kw Angled manifold Delivery of the Sinus compact manifold (with or without thermal separation) or the manifold (manifold Price upon request with integrated hydraulic separator) in an angled design. 5 Boiler EasyFixx The interface between Reflex & Sinus The interface between reflex and Sinus for simple connection of pressure holding and degassing systems to distributor components. The defined connections allow the supply and return lines to be connected next to one another on the heating distribution system. The position on the manifold is selected in such a way as to ensure that the main return volume flow returns to the boiler in the flow direction after being taken. Servitec directly connected to a Sinusverteiler manifold In this installation situation, EasyFixx provides the optimal interface between heating and degassing systems. The defined connections allow the supply and return lines to be connected next to one another on the heating distribution system. The position on the manifold is selected in such a way as to ensure that the gas-containing water is taken from the main return and conducted through the Servitec so that it can then be mixed back into the return degassed in the flow direction. Make-up water provided to the system via the Servitec is also introduced in the same way. Reflexomat + water make-up system directly connected to a Sinusverteiler manifold In addition to the connection scenarios previously mentioned, EasyFixx also offers the option of integrating a Reflexomat and automatic water make-up into the system via the two defined connections. One EasyFixx connection allows the suction/pressure line of the Reflexomat to be connected to the system. The second EasyFixx nozzle can be used to connect an appropriate automatic water make-up system as desired. Optional magnetite separation Installation/ connection: EasyFixx is connected directly in the return of the manifold/, and it defines the connection line for Variomat, Reflexomat or Servitec. The pipe-in-pipe system maintains the minimum clearance of 500 mm for acceptance and re-integration. EasyFixx also offers the option of integrating a magnet and air separator. One side is fitted with cap valves for shutting off the degassing. EasyFixx can also vent the system and separate sludge or dirt particles by means of the additional system bushings.
