1 Cab Heater and Air Conditioner, Pneumatically Controlled.0 Temperature Actuator Replacement. Remove the quick-release screws, then remove the IP fuse junction panel trim See Fig.. 0//9 f4 Fig., Floor Duct 0//9 f44 Fig., Quick-Release Screw. Remove the instrument panel lower trim See Fig.. 0//9. Electrical Connector. Screw f47. Blend Door Actuator Fig. 4, Blend Door Actuator 0//9 f45 Fig., Instrument Panel Lower Trim Cover. Remove the floor duct. See Fig.. 4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blend door actuator. See Fig Remove the screws that secure the blend door actuator, then remove the actuator.. Using screws, install a new blend door actuator. 7. Connect the electrical connector to the actuator.. Install the floor duct. 9. Install the instrument panel lower trim 0. Using quick-release screws, install the IP fuse junction panel trim Torque the screws to 7 lbf in (70 to 0 N cm). Replacement, Panel/Defrost. Remove the panel/defrost pneumatic actuator trim See Fig. 5. L-Line and A-Line Workshop Manual, Supplement, November 005 0/

See Fig.. 0//9. Pneumatic Tube. Screw. Remove the screws that secure the actuator, then remove the actuator. 4. Using screws, install a new actuator. 5. Connect the pneumatic tube to the actuator.. Install the panel/defrost pneumatic actuator trim. Actuator Fig., Panel/Defrost Actuator f5 NOTE: Items and in Fig. 7 are bonded together when manufactured and are shown separated for clarification only.. If necessary, remove the engine. Access the panel/floor door actuator that is located behind the instrument panel between the fuse junction panel and the radio. Note the orientation of the actuator so that it is installed correctly later.. Disconnect the two pneumatic tubes from the actuator. 4. Remove the spring nuts, then remove the actuator. 5. Using new spring nuts, install a new actuator. Make sure the orientation of the actuator is correct.. Connect the two pneumatic tubes to the actuator. 7. If necessary, install the engine Replacement, Demister/Panel. Remove the quick-release screws, then remove the IP fuse junction panel trim See Fig... Connect the two pneumatic tubes to the actuator.. Using screws, install the IP fuse junction panel. 9. Install the IP fuse junction panel dust 0. Using quick-release screws, install the IP fuse junction panel trim 0//9 f70 Fig., IP Fuse Junction Panel Dust Cover. Remove the screws that secure the IP fuse junction panel and move the panel out of the way. See Fig. 9. 0//9 f5. Screw. Junction Panel Fig. 9, IP Fuse Junction Panel NOTE: Note the orientation of the demister/ panel door actuator so that it is installed correctly later. 4. Disconnect the two pneumatic tubes from the demister/panel door actuator. Replacement, Outside- Recirculation Door. Remove the quick-release screws, then remove the IP fuse junction panel trim See Fig... Remove the instrument panel lower trim See Fig... Remove the floor duct. See Fig.. 4. Disconnect the pneumatic tube from the outsiderecirculation door actuator. See Fig Remove the pivot pin and the clevis pin, then remove the actuator.. Install a new actuator. 7. Install the clevis pin and the pivot pin.. Connect the pneumatic tube to the actuator. 9. Install the floor duct. 0. Install the instrument panel lower trim.
