6 Tech Blurb Performance Quantum Motor has a set point of 6,500 RPM. Controller monitors the RPM, remains content as long as RPMs operate between 6,250 6,750. When 6,250 RPM reached in operation, controller adds current to Quantum motor to maintain that RPM level. Other trimmer motors are set for constant torque and heavily load the system to the detriment of component life when heavy loads are applied.

7 Tech Blurb Safety The Quantum Motor monitors total torque and cuts out at 150 oz. in. Shown at right. Controller also monitors differential torque, where the Speed vs. Torque curve might become out of sync shuts down after 0.25 sec.
