Air cleaner A large capacity, dual element air cleaner permits long service intervals. The primary filter can be washed and re-used up to 5 times. 1 2 A high air intake on the overhead guard is standard, and aids in drawing clean, cool air into the engine intake system. Power reversal transmission Top mounted control valve on the transmission precisely modulates clutch oil pressure for smooth forward / reverse directional changes. Oil - Cooled Disc Brakes Power assist for operating ease Never need adjusting - virtually maintenance free Oil cooled disc brakes are standard equipment on all GC20-GC32 series lift trucks and are recommended for applications in humid, abrasive or corrosive environments, or with ramp, loading and unloading applications. This enclosed brake system eliminates outside contamination, significantly extending brake life and decreasing maintenance costs. Oil cooled disc brakes have service intervals 5 times longer than conventional shoe brakes, and require little maintenance. Industry exclusive 5 year, 10,000 hour warranty.

G424E LPG Engine (Mitsubishi) The low fuel consumption and high efficiency 2.4 liter G424E LP Gas engine is another durable component of the GC25 series. The new electronic governed fuel system reduces harmful exhaust by 90% over the previous engine system. Self diagnostic and automatic rpm control system, continuously checks engine conditions and will automatically shut down fuel control valve if an abnormal engine condition should occur. The engine has automatic valve lash adjusters which help to reduce engine maintenance significantly. Five main bearings provide a solid and stable support base to the crankshaft for additional durability and a longer engine life. (Complies with EPA Tier 2 emission regulations) G430E LPG Engine (GM) The high power, high torque G430E 3.0 liter LP Gas engine is available on GC25 series trucks as a premium engine. It s new electronic governed fuel system reduces harmful exhaust by 90% over the previous engine system. Self diagnostic and automatic rpm control system continuously checks engine conditions and will automatically shut down fuel control valve if an abnormal engine condition should occur. It also boasts a nodular iron crankshaft for increased strength. (Complies with EPA Tier 2 emission regulations) The combination of a catalytic muffler and a closed loop carburation system reduces the amount of unwanted constituents in the exhaust gas stream thus lowering overall emission levels. The engines controller uses an engine exhaust gas oxygen(ego) sensor, engine speed(tachometer signal) and/or manifold absolute pressure sensor(map), to regulate the air-fuel mixtures, correcting for proper air/fuel ratios to match variations in operating modes.
