3 Cleanup Bucket Brandt Cleanup Buckets are large capacity buckets designed to handle loose or previously excavated material. These buckets offer exceptional loading and unloading characteristics to maximize productivity. Hardox steel is used in high wear areas of the bucket to increase the strength, durability and longevity of the bucket. A compound curved shell provides optimum clearance at the heel of the bucket which prevents excess wear while also offering exceptional loading and unloading characteristics. The base edge is designed with high strength, abrasive resistant material and is drilled to accept a sloper or serrated bolt on the cutting edge. Brush Rake Brandt Brush Rakes are designed to easily remove and pile brush, roots, and stumps without retaining soil. The rake has proved itself as an extremely useful tool in the forestry and road construction industries. Heavy duty construction ensures it is capable of completing tough tasks like removal of roots and stumps with ease. High strength, abrasive resistant steel tips add strength and help to extend the life of the rake. Available in a variety of configurations depending on machine size, customer requirements, and application.

4 HD Dig Bucket Brandt HD Dig Buckets are designed for challenging excavating conditions where abrasion resistance and high bucket breakout forces are required. Hardox steel is used in high wear areas of the bucket to increase the strength, durability and longevity of the bucket. The bucket is designed with a large bucket opening while also maintaining an optimal tip radius. The optimal tip radius produces extreme breakout forces. A compound curved shell provides ideal clearance at the heel of the bucket preventing excess wear while also offering exceptional loading and unloading characteristics. Tilt Bucket Brandt Tilt Buckets are used in clean up, ditching and grading applications. The tilting option gives the operator another dimension of control when doing finishing work. A hydraulic tilt of 45 degrees in both directions capitalizes on ditching and grading options. Hardened steel bushings and pins are used to reduce wear and improve durability. High pressure cylinders are used to maximize cutting edge corner loading. Stick Ripper Brandt Stick Rippers are specifically designed for ripping open frozen or rocky areas to allow for easier excavation. Use of a Brandt ripper can significantly extend your working season. Brandt rippers are specifically engineered for long life with a one piece, high-strength, abrasive resistant shank. A replaceable ripper tooth increases the life of the attachment. Break up tough ground in order to avoid adding extra stress to other attachments. Tilt Blade Brandt Tilt Blades are typically used in place of clean up buckets or tilt buckets when working in sticky material. The tilting option greatly increases the grading or sloping capabilities of the blade. Innovative adapter design minimizes material build up at the pivot points, keeping harmful debris out of pins and bushings to increase component longevity. A hydraulic tilt of 45 degrees in both directions maximizes ditching and grading options. Hardened steel bushings and pins reduce wear and decrease downtime. Lift Device Brandt Lift Devices are a low cost solution designed solely for lifting. Provides great sightlines to create a safer working environment. Designed for specific models of John Deere Excavators for optimal lift potential. Includes an engineered and load rated lift eye for added confidence. Lug Adapter Brandt Lug Adapters increase efficiency by allowing for the installation of compactors and hammers on John Deere Excavators. Specifically designed for use with NPK compactors and hammers to ensure proper fit. Most adapters are designed to pick up multiple NPK products allowing for greater flexibility. Machined front and rear lug boss surfaces along with a machined wedge surface ensure perfect alignment with the mating quick coupler for long attachment life.

5 Manual Quick Coupler Brandt Manual Quick Couplers allow for quick and easy changing of attachments resulting in increased excavator versatility and productivity. Optimizes the attachment tip radius and therefore machine curl and stick forces are not compromised. An enclosed wedge housing increases overall coupler strength and offers convenience by allowing the wedge to remain with the coupler during attachment change over. A mechanical latch holds the wedge in an open position during change overs for trouble free attachment swaps. Hydraulic Thumb Direct Link Brandt Hydraulic Thumbs are ideal for forestry, construction, road construction, and mining applications. Thumbs increase excavator versatility when used with a bucket, blade or rake. 125 degrees of rotation offers the operator many options when handling materials. Available with smooth or serrated tines to best fit your application. Linkage includes induction hardened pins and case hardened bushings for added durability. Hydraulic Quick Coupler Brandt Hydraulic Quick Couplers enable the operator to change attachments directly from the cab of the Excavator. Hydraulic Quick Couplers save time while increasing productivity and promoting job site safety. The wedge is engaged into the attachment lugging using mechanical force and is secured in place with an automatic safety pin. The patented automatic wedge locking system locks and unlocks the safety pin with hydraulic pressure controlled from the cab. The wedge will not disengage until hydraulic pressure is applied using the control system. There is no need for the operator to leave the cab during any point of the changeover process. A rated lift hook incorporated into the body of the Coupler adds versatility. The control kit features a covered toggle control switch, a pressure sensing audible alarm and a warning light to indicate the system has been activated for superior site safety. The entire system was designed specifically for Deere excavators and includes a plug and play control system that neatly integrates into the operator control bank in the cab. Hydraulic Thumb Progressive Link Brandt Progressive Link Hydraulic Thumbs offer additional rotation ideal for forestry, construction, road construction, and mining applications. The progressive link design allows for 165 degrees of rotation in unison with the bucket to ensure a positive clamping force on the load. Design allows for greater thumb travel which gives the operator greater flexibility but also stores tight to the excavator stick when not being used. Linkage includes induction hardened pins and case hardened bushings for added durability. Guarding Brandt Guarding packages provide outstanding protection and safety while maintaining excellent sight lines and a simple to install design. Guarding packages are ideal for waste handling, forestry, oil, and many other applications which require additional tractor protection and operator safety. Falling Object Protective Structures (FOPS) have a high strength design while keeping weight to a minimum. A rubber isolator mount ensures minimal vibration during operation. FOPS feature a roof escape hatch which can be opened from both inside and outside the cab. Window Guards were designed to ensure operator safety without sacrificing visibility and are easily removed from the FOPS frame if required. Brandt FOPS design meets the stringent BCWCB standard. Deere Walks come with a safety tread pattern on the walking surface and a heavy serrated lip on the perimeter of the walks to ensure good traction in all conditions keeping safety at the forefront. Under House Guards and Stump Pans are heavy duty and easy to install. These guarding items are meant to protect your investment and prevent any downtime associated with machine damage. Full perimeter Hand Rail Kits are available to enclose the engine platform, reducing the risk of falling from the excavator while preforming maintenance.
