Simply add a CO 2 tank, connect the tubing between the dispenser and rack assembly, add syrup and you re ready to serve! Welded incline rack assemblies have CO 2 inlet lines, syrup lines, bag-in-box connectors, secondary regulators and syrup pumps mounted on the rack. Tubing is fastened to the rack with cable ties for neat appearance and protection. The kit includes a fast flow carbonator, primary regulator, and fittings for the carbonator, regulator and beverage dispenser: washers, nut and stem assemblies, barbed crosses, barbed tees, and cable ties. Each kit also includes (1) 25' roll of 3/8" single line BIB tubing for the carbonator, regulator, syrup pumps, water hook up and water filtration kit. The only component that must be ordered in addition to this kit is the length of bundled beverage tubing (100, 200 or 500 ft.) for the syrup run from dispensing unit to the BIB boxes. 2 Complete Installation Kits for Bag-In-Box Dispensing Systems Take the time and guess-work out of ordering everything you ll need to build a new BIB dispensing system. Our packaged kits contain all the installation components you ll need to install a 6-24 valve beverage system. The only component that must be ordered in addition to this kit is the length of bundled beverage tubing (100, 200 or 500 ft.) for the syrup run from dispensing unit to the BIB boxes. Each bundle has two 3/8" ID PET-lined Bevlex Plus Series 180 hoses for water at pressures up to 300 psig at 70 F, and one 1/4" ID polyethylene Bevlex 170 hose for carbon dioxide gas at pressures up to 240 psig at 70 F.
