3 Annovi-Reverberi Pressure Pumps: Engineered In the Same Tradition as an Italian Sports Car Some names are simply synonymous with excellence. In the world of high pressure pumps, that distinction goes to Italian manufacturer Annovi-Reverberi. For more than 5 years, AR has combined quality materials with precision engineering to become the number one supplier of triplex plunger pumps for power washer manufacturers. But as the Italians like to say, talk is cheap. Look closer at exactly what sets AR pumps apart from the rest of the pack: Doubly Durable Materials Pump manifolds are forged from high strength brass for longterm use and provide optimum water flow. The plungers are also made from a unique aluminum oxide blend of thick ceramic for extra long life and resilience. Extended Pump Life Crankcases are die cast in aluminum with oversized cooling fins to extend pump life, especially during continuous operation. And premium bearings provide exceptional load support while maintaining lower crankcase operating temperatures. Innovative Design Valves, seats and springs are stainless steel and feature meticulously designed cages for positive seating and longer valve life. The seals and V-packings are continuously lubricating for consistent performance. Plus, the oil seals are triple-lipped and spring loaded for greater toughness. Engineering to the Extreme Piston guides are high strength stainless steel, while extra-large connecting rods are made with a special alloy. Replacement parts are machined to the same exacting standards and specifications as original pieces; thus, repaired pumps will perform just like the new.
