RETURNING MERCHANDISE: Do not return parts to Glenwood without authorization. Please call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (R.M.A.#). Parts returned to Glenwood must have an R.M.A.#, photocopy of original invoice, specific reason for return and preference to credit, exchange or refund. Parts must be returned prepaid. No C.O.D. s will be accepted. Parts installed, modified, used or damaged will not be accepted. Glenwood reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Parts returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns after 30 days. Goods cut or machined to order are not returnable. CLAIMS: Shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of parts. If parts are damaged in shipping, a claim must be filed with the freight carrier. 3 EXHAUST SYSTEMS MAGNAFLOW SERIES STERN DRIVE EXHAUST SYSTEM Glenwood s Magnaflow Series Stern Drive Exhaust System is a lightweight and affordable replacement for stock cast-iron MerCruiser, OMC and Volvo I/O manifolds and risers. The Magnaflow Series features weight saving precision cast aluminum exhaust manifolds and risers which are a direct bolt-on, no modification installation. To help insure maximum durability and corrosion resistance, Magnaflow Exhaust Systems are hard anodized inside and out to a battle ship gray finish and are also available polished. Magnaflow Exhaust Systems are available for both small block (305 and 350 c.i.) and big block (454 c.i.) Chevrolet V-8 engines. Magnaflow (exhaust manifolds only) small block V-8 (Polished 1611 Magnaflow (exhaust manifolds only) big block V-8 (Polished) 1621 MAGNAFLOW RISER/ELBOW The Magnaflow exhaust riser/elbow is cast aluminum and fully water jacketed. 7 RISERS - WATER COOLED RISERS Designed exclusively for Glenwood s high performance marine header manifolds. These water jacketed risers have a full 3 exhaust outlet. All use 2-7/8 flexible hose to connect elbows to exhaust flanges. 10 EXHAUST PORTS GARDS EXHAUST PORTS Glenwood s Aluminum Thru-transom exhaust ports are available in three sizes. They are epoxy powder coated black for maximum durability and are made to use Salisbury Exhaust Gards. Pipe I.D. 23 WATER PUMPS/REBUILD KITS BILGE PUMPS MAGNAFLOW CAM DRIVEN WATER PUMPS MAGNAFLOW WATER PUMPS 1 Pump /4 Pump 1009 The Magnaflow is a self-priming, cam driven water pump featuring chrome brass construction, friction minimizing ball bearings, long lasting ceramic seals and a tough neoprene impeller. To accommodate a variety of engine types, both Magnaflow pumps come standard with a large 1¼ hose inlet, tapped 3/4 NPT and a pair of 1/2 NPT outlets.
