2 High-Pressure Pipeline Equipment High-Pressure Gate Valves PRODUCTS 3 Our standard and customised High-Pressure Gate Valves, compatible with the market pipeline equipment, are designed and manufactured by highly qualified engineers and can be used with the Fittings, Holing and FlowStopper Machines in order to meet our customers specific needs. Our High-Pressure Gate Valves are intended to be used with pipelines from 12 up to 68 inches, supplied to match ASME Class from 150 to They are available for operating pressures of up to 250 bar, and can be operated either manually or hydraulically. The valves are bidirectional, and thus can function in parallel or perpendicular orientation. In comparison with conventional valves, the new generation of High-Pressure Gate Valves requires less frequent maintenance, and has a significantly increased lifetime due to a 70% reduction of wear and internal stresses. 3 FlowStopper Machines Holing Machines PRODUCTS 5 FlowStopper Machines serve to isolate a section of a pipeline without interrupting the flow of gas, and consist of three main parts: a stopper, a shelter, and a hydraulic cylinder. This technology is used after the bypass installation and the drilling operation for pipeline and valve maintenance, replacement, repairs, and tie-in of additional lines. 4 Fittings PRODUCTS 7 provides a wide variety of standard and customised Fittings from 12 to 68 inches, engineered to complement our Holing and FlowStopper Machines. Our Fittings are also compatible with the marketstandard pipeline equipment. We manufacture Split or Multidirectional Tees, Nozzles or Multidirectional Nozzles, and Sleeves matching ASME Class from 150 to 1500 and available for operating pressures up to 250 bar. Our Fitting welding are 100% radiographically and ultrasonically inspected. Split and Multidirectional Tees BRUVAL standard and customised Split and Multidirectional Tees, operating with standard or non-standard Flanges, are used to fix the BRUVAL High-Pressure Gate Valve, allowing to carry out repair activities, maintenance or installation of bypasses without pipeline shutdown. Nozzles and Multidirectional Nozzles BRUVAL Nozzles and Multidirectional Nozzles, are used for both pipeline constructions and deviation installations. 5 Blank Flanges Lock Discs PRODUCTS 9 provides high-pressure standard and customised Blank Flanges up to ASME Class 1500, from 12 to 68 inches, which are available for pressures of up to 250 bar. Our Flanges are available in all steel metal grades. Usually welded or screwed to the pipeline and connected with bolts, Blank Flanges are used to strengthen the support, during FlowStopping operations, and to implement the insertion of more pipeline items. Blind Flanges provides high-pressure standard and customised Blind Flanges up to ASME Class 1500, from 12 to 68 inches, which are available for pressures of up to 250 bar. Our Flanges are available in all steel metal grades.
