M5X30 2Pcs - For use with Plastic Washers on both ends of TV Mounting Bracket E2. M4X30 2Pcs - For use with Plastic Washers on both ends of TV Mounting Bracket F2. G2. H2. I2. & J2 - Spacers use to mount TV if the bolts are to long K2. Lug Wrench 1Pc - Used to adjust the height of Support Arm L2. Plastic TV Cap 2Pcs - For use with Plastic Washers on both ends of TV Mounting Bracket (see illustration below) M2. 3 P atent Pe nding 1. Adjust the Vertical Bar to the appropriate height of your TV s topn mounting holes using the supplied lug wrench. Model: FM P Voltage:120Vac60Hz Wattage:120W MaximumLoadingWeight 130Lbs 2. Adjust Push Arm so that it is 1/2` higher than your TV height. TV Height +1/2 3 of 8

4 3. Follow the steps as below: 3.1 Measure the height of your TV, then add 1/2. Set the ruler to your TVs height + 1/2 4. When placing the TV on the Lift Platform, please remove the Stand from TV. 4 of 8

6 6. Using one small Plastic Washer, one Plastic Cap, and one Philips Bolt attach right side of TV to the Mounting Bracket. Repeat the same step for the left side. TV must be level from side view IMPORTANT: TV must rest on the Platform NOT hang from Mounting Bracket. TV must be level from side, do not push bottom of TV Back. Do not push bottom of TV back. 6 of 8

7 7. You have two options of where to plug your TV into: Switched Outlet and Current Sensing TV NOTE:TV must rest completely on the lift platform before adjusting the mounting bracket. Simply placed your equipment +1" behind each preinstalled emitter. No programming required.
