2 TOOLS NEEDED 1. Adjuster wrench (shipped with order) MOUNT BRACKETS 1. Use a minimum of 2 fasteners suitable for the mounting surface per bracket. Note: Heavier shades may require more fasteners. Top Mount Wall Mount

3 MOUNT DRIVE SHADE Retract Linking Pin 1. Retract the linking pin using the adjuster wrench. (See.) a 2. Push the motor head into the star motor bracket until the spring clip ring fully engages the motor head. (See.) Spring Clip 3. Align the drive shade with the intermediate bracket. (See.) 4. At the intermediate bracket, attach the adjuster wrench to the drive shade retracting ring. Extend spring-loaded pin so it passes through the bracket to the partially extended position. 4 INSTALLATION MOTORIZED COUPLED SHADE MOUNT INTERMEDIATE/IDLE SHADE Install shades starting with shade adjacent to drive shade and work to idle shade. 1. Retract the bracket linking pin using the adjuster wrench. (See Figures 1a and 1b.) Retract Linking Pin a 2. Push the intermediate or idle shade's locking receiver on the extended pin sticking through the intermediate bracket. (See.) 3. Align the shade with the next bracket. (See.) Figure 4 Figure 5 For product technical assistance, call ext Attach the adjuster wrench to the intermediate or idle shade retracting ring. Extend springloaded pin so it passes through the intermediate bracket to the partially extended position or into the idle bracket. (See Figure 4.) 5. At the bracket in, attach the adjuster wrench to the intermediate shade retracting ring. Extend springloaded pin until it s completely extended. (See Figure 5.) (04/14)

5 INSTALLATION MOTORIZED COUPLED SHADE SHADE ADJUSTMENT Aligning Coupled Shades Align shades starting with shade adjacent to drive shade and work to idle shade. 1. Unlock receiving linking plug. (See a and 1b.) a b 2. Shift idle shade toward bracket. (See.) 3. Rotate idle shade to level hembar with the drive shade. (See.) 4. Lock the receiving plug to hold shade position. (See Figure 4.) 6 LEVEL SHADE 1. Insert adjuster wrench into idle end bracket's adjustment ring. (See.) Vertical Adjustable Rotate 2. Rotate adjustment ring to raise or lower shade band. Bracket FASCIA INSTALLATION (Optional) Hook Bracket 1. Hook fascia onto the top of the bracket. (See.) Fascia Ramp Bracket Spring Fascia Fascia Bracket Cover Trough SNAP! 2. Rotate fascia until fascia snaps over bracket spring and engages in the trough. (See.) 3. Optional: Attach fascia bracket cover. Prepare bracket by cleaning debris or dust. Remove adhesive backing from bracket cover and attach to fascia bracket. (See.)

7 MAINTENANCE Lightly vacuum panels with a soft brush attachment or wipe with a duster. Do not use liquid cleaning solutions. Shades may also be gently wiped with a clean damp cloth. Allow the shade to dry completely before raising. Do NOT completely immerse.
