GHD0 Gear Pump Cataogue DESCIPTION n Due to their robust iron-cast structure, the GHD0 series pumps with externa gearing are intended for the heaviest appications in the area of agricutura and buiding machines. The GHD0 series covers the range of dispacements from 10 to 36 cm 3 /rev. n These pumps are characterized by a three-part, a-cast-iron structure: fange body cover. Bushings supporting gear studs are pressed into the fange and the cover. Gear whees, which are optimised to achieve a ow noise eve, are made of utrahigh-strength stee. iquid inet and outet are ocated in the cover (thus, the body is not weakened by them and a higher pressure oad is possibe) from sides or axiay in the cover. The axia power baancing is performed using siding auminium aoy pressure pates in which a shape seaing of baancing surface is ocated in grooves. The fange dimensions enabe a design with a pre-shaft with bearings for a higher radia or axia oad of the drive. n The GHD0 pumps are produced in various designs of drives, camping fanges as we as iquid inets and outets. These pumps compy with the standards ISO, SAE, UNI and other word-recognised standards, they can be deivered in one-way singe-section as we as mutipe-section designs. DIECTION OF OTATION n Determine direction of rotation by ooking at the drive shaft. The pump can ony be used in the specified direction of rotation. EVESIBE DESIGN n The pumps with the possibiity of bidirectiona rotation have a different interna arrangement requiring drainage. Two types of drain are used - interna and externa.
