QUARTERLY COMPLIANCE REPORT (JULY 2015) OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY (U 338-E) REGARDING STATUS OF TRANSMISSION PROJECTS AND GENERATION INTERCONNECTION PROJECTS Pursuant to Commission Decision ( D. ) 06-09-003, SCE hereby provides this quarterly report on the status of transmission projects and generation interconnection projects. Relevant information on the construction status, approval status and the purpose of the project (in the form requested by Energy Division) is provided in the attached tables. Modifications from the previous report are highlighted in gray. Cancelled projects are highlighted in green and new projects are highlighted in yellow. Project cost information has already been provided to the Energy Division under Public Utilities Code Section 583 and is therefore not included in the table. Project No. 105 New Eldorado 500/230 kv AA-Bank Project Name: New SCE-Owned Eldorado 220 kv Switchyard and 500/220 kv AA Transformer Bank Project Description: This project involves the segregation of a new SCE-owned 220 kv switchyard from the jointly-owned Eldorado 220 kv switchyard and a new SCEowned 500/220 kv 1120 MVA transformer bank connected to the SCE-owned 220 kv switchyard on the low side and jointly-owned 500 kv bus on the high side. This project was driven by generators in the Transition Cluster and approved by the CAISO in an executed LGIA. Planned In-Service Date: 10/19/2015 Notes: Deleted Project No. 106 Whirlwind 2nd AA Bank and SPS Pin No.: 7067/ 7054/ 7066/ 7068/ 7069 Cost Range ($M): 10.1M-50M Notes: Previous submittal reflects costs for 2nd and 3rd AA bank. Current cost reflects 2nd AA bank only, under PIN 7067. Project No. 113 Jasper 220 kv Substation Planned In-Service Date: 12/31/2016 Cost Range ($M): 10.1M-50M Project No. 114 Upgrade Eldorado-Lugo 500 kv T/L Series Capacitor and Terminal Equipment Project Name: Eldorado-Lugo Series Capacitor Upgrade Project Description: This project involves the upgrade of the existing 500 kv Series Capacitors at Eldorado and Lugo on the Eldorado-Lugo 500 kv T/L to 3,300A continuous rating, as well as a new Series Capacitor rated 3,300A in the vicinity of Pisgah Substation. In addition, the existing line termination positions at Eldorado and Lugo substation will be upgraded with higher rated new equipment (2 circuit breakers and 4 disconnects at Eldorado, 3 circuit breakers and 6 disconnects at Lugo, plus associated terminal equipment). The objective of this project is to increase deliverability of generation in the Eldorado area to the LA Basin by increasing the compensation level of the 500 kv transmission lines from 35% to 70%. This project was approved in the 2012-2013 CAISO Transmission Plan. This project will be done in conjunction with the Lugo-Mohave Series Capacitor Upgrade project. Approval Status (CAISO): CAISO Approved 2012/2013 TPP as "Policy Driven" Approval Status (CPUC): PTC Planned Planned In-Service Date: 12/1/2017 Cost Range ($M): 100.1M-150M 3

Project No. 115 Upgrade Lugo-Mohave 500 kv T/L Series Capacitor and Terminal Equipment Project Name: Lugo-Mohave Series Capacitor Upgrade Project Description: This project involves the upgrade of the existing 500 kv Line Series Capacitors at Mohave on the Lugo-Mohave 500 kv T/L s to 3,300A Continuous Rating, as well as a new Series Capacitor rated 3,300A in the vicinity of Pisgah Substation. In addition, the existing 500kV line position at Mohave Substation will be upgraded by installing two 500kV circuit breakers, four disconnect switches and all required conductors to upgrade the existing Lugo 500 kv Line Position at Mohave. The objective of this project is to increase deliverability of generation in the Eldorado area to the LA Basin by increasing the compensation level of the 500 kv transmission lines from 35% to 70%. The new double breaker configuration ensures compliance with the present SCE Line and Bus Criteria, and provides greater operational flexibility, simplifies future additions, and minimizes the loss of station capacity during planned outages. This project was approved in the 2013-2014 CAISO Transmission Plan. This project will be done in conjunction with the Eldorado-Lugo Series Capacitor Upgrade project. Approval Status (CPUC): PTC Planned Project Status: Engr/Design Planned In-Service Date: 12/1/2017 Project No. 116 San Onofre 220 kv Switchyard Separation from SONGS Planned In-Service Date: 12/31/2016 Notes: Changed per 2015 Spring RA LTP (T&D Costs $11.5 Only) Project No. 117 Lugo -Victorville 500 kv T/L SPS Planned In-Service Date: 6/1/2015 Cost Range ($M): 15.1M-20M Project No. 118 Whirlwind 3nd AA Bank and SPS Pin No.: 7650 / 7695 Project No. 119 Santiago Synchronous Condenser Approval Status (CPUC): Substation Modification as defined in GO 131-D, Section III.B. Not subject to PTC requirements. Planned In-Service Date: 12/31/2018 4

Generation Interconnection Projects Updated Item No. 18.22 to reflect CAISO determination that the Delivery Network Upgrades (CWLTP) are no longer needed to provide FCDS to the Mojave Solar Project; and CPUC s dismissal of the CWLTP CPCN Application. LGIA Amendment to be filed at FERC to remove the Delivery Network Upgrades. Updated Item No. 18.25 to reflect that the Interconnection Facilities and Reliability Network Upgrades required to connect the McCoy Phase of the project have been placed in service, and the McCoy Phase is operational. Updated Item No. 18.35 to correct the estimated in-service date from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. Removed Item No. 18.53 from the Third Quarter 2015 report as this project was identified during the Second Quarter 2015 as no longer requiring Network Upgrades. Updated Item No. 18.54 to reflect an updated estimated in-service date of August 1, 2016. Updated Item No. 18.59 to reflect updated cost estimates and updated estimated in-service date for the Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades; inservice date postponed from August 2016 to August 2019. Updated Item No. 18.61 to reflect an updated estimated in-service date of October 29, 2016. Added Item No. 18.65 RE Garland Solar Project TOT672.
