7 CASUAL RATES/LOADINGS (continued) Rates are applicable from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2012 MOTOR VEHICLE SALESPERSONS NAPSA Motor Vehicle Salesperson, Clause 44.3 Shall be paid per hour, 1/38th of the appropriate weekly rate for a vehicle salesperson plus 25%, with an additional payment of per hour for Sunday work. 1/38th plus 175% loading per hour on a public holiday. TRANSITION EXCEPTIONS Note: Overtime applies for work of 12 or more hours on any day or in excess of 38 hours per week. Please refer to your copy of the Award for specifics.
