In all other instances, Apprentices will be paid in accordance with this wage schedule.

Union Dues are to be deducted from the Base Hourly Rate. Union Dues for this Local are: - 2% of the Total Wage Package Plus $0.15 Union Advancement Dues per hour paid $0.20 Union Advancement Dues per hour paid effective May 1, 2016 $0.25 Union Advancement Dues per hour paid effective May 1, 2017 $0.30 Union Advancement Dues per hour paid effective May 1, 2018 $0.35 Union Advancement Dues per hour paid effective May 1, 2019 Plus $24.75 per month - effective July 1, 2016 $25.25 per month - effective July 1, 2017 $25.75 per month - effective July 1, 2018 Union Dues are to be remitted to the same location as that for Benefits Administration. Overtime Rate - Work Performed Under the Modified Provisions Power Systems Construction, Site Preparation and Earth Dams: Mon. to Fri. - 2x (except for oiling and greasing); Sat., Sun. & Holidays - 2x Shift Workers on Boilers and Pumps: 2x the base rate for all hours worked outside of normal hours in any one scheduled day of work and for all hours worked on the Statutory Holidays listed in the Master Portion of the Agreement, for the 6th and 7th consecutive shifts worked and for all hours worked on Easter Sunday. Relief work for shift workers on boilers and pumps is paid at 1x if following shift worker fails to report for work. No more than one relief shift to be worked per day; no more than two relief shifts to be worked per week. Overtime Rate - All Other Work Mon. to Fri. - 2x for scheduled workday Mon. to Fri. - 2x for non-scheduled workday Sat., Sun. & Holidays - 2x GEOGRAPHIC AREA:That portion of the District of Algoma excluding that portion lying east of a line running north from Blind River to the southern boundary of the District of Sudbury.
