Sir(s), On behalf of Secretary, ICAR, New Delhi the Director, ICAR-IIPR, Kanpur invites tender in single bid from reputed/manufacturing firms/authorized dealer for the supply of Farm Implements at IIPR-Regional Station, Phanda, Bhopal. The sealed tender should reach to this office up to 1.00 pm on and will be opened on same day at 2:30 P.M. You are requested to submit your most competitive rates for under mentioned farm implements. All the items tendered may be treated as separate bids & EMD for each item may be submitted separately. Place of supply: IIPR-RS, Phanda, Bhopal. 3. Delivery Period: At the earliest.

2 4. If taxes, duties or any other charges over and above the rates should be quoted clearly. No further payment/clarification in this regard will be considered. 5. The bidder should submit the bid for one or more than one items as mentioned above. 6. The tender should be accompanied with the earnest money for each items as mentioned above separately in separate envelops. Each envelop should be individually sealed. 7. The earnest money shall be accepted in the shape of DD/FDR/Banker s Cheque and should be prepared in favour of ICAR Unit, IIPR, payable at Kanpur. 8. The bidder shall have to submit separate bid for each items and should be accompanied with the earnest money. 9. Each sealed envelope should be superscribed as Tender for due on upto 1.00 p.m. 10. Bidder can submit the bid for one or more than one in separate envelope and all these envelopes may be submitted in a big envelope along with the brochure of quoted items and earnest money. 11. Successful bidders shall have to deposit security money equivalent to 5% of awarded value in the shape of DD/FDR/Bank Guarantee issued in favour of ICAR Unit, IIPR payable at Kanpur. 12. The payment will be made through e mode only after supply & installation of the equipment. 13. The Director, IIPR, Kanpur reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender either in full or in parts without assigning any reason. 14. Sealed tender(s) should be dropped in the Tender Box kept in the Stores Section, IIPR, Kanpur. 15. Tender can also be sent by post but this will be at the risk and responsibility of the tenderers themselves. No responsibility whatsoever will be accepted with regard to postal delay or for wrong delivery of tenders sent by post. 16.
