3 COMPACT, AGILE, UNIVERSAL A TRUE MULTI-TALENT The heavy spring tine cultivator MULTISOILER is designed for medium to large fields and it combines versatility, efficiency and solid construction. The trailed cultivator fills up the gap between the Einböck TAIFUN und HURRICANE and it is suitable for all different types of soil. The MULTISOILER is used for shallow stubble turning, as well as deeper cultivation, mixing of organic matter and also for seedbed preparation. The machine is equipped with very strong Kronos -spring tines which are mounted on 6 beams with a line spacing of 160 mm. This ensures, in combination with the 200 mm duckfoot shares, that the cultivator cuts across the full working width also in small operating depth. Because of the spacious frame with 6 beams there are very little problems with clogging in spite of the narrow line spacing even when there is a big amount of harvest residues in the field. The serrated leveling discs (optional plain discs) do a great job. Due to the integrated chassis the MULTISOILER combines a compact construction with a high maneuverability. 3

4 Exact depth control is ensured via the rear roller in combination with the adjustable front support wheels mounted on the side wings of the frame. The working depth is simply adjusted through a half-hole matrix. Adjustment of the working depth is done via bolts in a half breadboard. The spindle adjusts the angle of the following weeder tines to the soil. The serrated leveling discs are mounted on the parallelogram of the rear roller. When changing the working depth of the tines there is no need to re-adjust these leveling elements. 4

5 The frame of the cultivator is designed in three sections and folds hydraulically from less than 3 m transport width to the working position in seconds. Because of the spacious frame with 6 beams there are very little problems with clogging in spite of the narrow line spacing even when there is a big amount of harvest residues. POWERFUL TECHNOLOGY STRONG PERFORMANCE The integrated chassis makes the MULTISOILER very maneuverable and ensures smooth and safe road transport. Depending on the soil conditions the pressure on the roller can be reduced by lowering the chassis, respectively it is possible to work without the roller, only using the weeder tines. The Kronos -spring tines are made of 90 x 13 mm high-tensile spring steel (frame height 580 mm) and they are suitable for all different types of soil. With the 200 mm wide duckfoot sweeps a first stubble operation up to a working depth of 10 cm is possible. On request there are also 53 mm wide narrow shares available which are especially designed for deeper operation. 5

7 FLEXIBLE AND VERSATILE Through a simple adaption the MULTISOILER can work without the rear roller, only using the weeder tines. The required brackets for mounting the weeder tines are available for an additional charge. Hydro-Clips on the cylinders are required for an exact depth control via the chassis (available for an additional charge). 7

8 POWERFUL In combination with the 200 mm duckfoot-shares the narrow line spacing ensures the machine cuts across the full working width even when it is adjusted to operate in a small working depth.

9 LOW TRACTIVE RESISTANCE AND HIGH EFFICIENCY Especially for seeding of cover crops we offer pneumatic seeders with complete assembly sets, which can be retrofitted easily to any machine.

10 Lower link pins guided on both sides with hardened bushings A clean solution is the parking position for the hydraulic hoses. A drawbar which is adjustable in the length is a great advantage when using different types of tractors. The sideplate prevents ridging during seedbed preparation. For an extra charge warning signs with lights are available. 10

11 RING PACKER ROLLER WITH SPRING STRIPPER BETWEEN THE RINGS RP 58 The wedge-shaped reconsolidation compacts the soil and closes all cavities in the deeper layers of the soil, while the topsoil stays loose and remains finely crumbled. Its high load capacity makes it suitable for all different types of soil. Spring scrapers between the rings help to avoid blockage. The single-row weeder tines following the rear roller are adjustable in height and angle. They up-root weeds, clean their roots from soil, in order to make them dry out. On request the machine can be equipped with other rollers out of our product range. 11
