2 Auctioneer s Comments Graham Watkins & Co are favoured with instructions from Mr Geoffrey Burton to conduct a complete dispersal following his decision to retire from farming. The sale will commence at 10:30 am with the smaller sundry items proceeding to the implements, trailers, tractors and machinery with the included items being sold last. Directions If travelling from Leek take the A52 Leek to Ashbourne Road, pass through Bottomhouse and just past the Country Kitchen Café take the right hand turn sign posted for Alton Towers. Continue along this road, go straight on at the first crossroads and at the second cross roads take a right hand turn. Pass the Star Public House on your right and continue into the village of Oakamoor. Take the Cheadle Road out of the village and the entrance to the farm will be found on the right hand side after approximately 1 mile. The location is also shown on the enclosed plan. Adequate To The Sale signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.
