2 Forward Mr & Mrs Wills have taken the decision to retire and move out of the village of Blackawton which has been their home for many years. The sale comprises all of their possessions and equipment used and gathered over many years. Outside entries of machinery are welcomed with prior booking advised for advertising. Sale Information The sale will be on Saturday 17 th June The sale of machinery will commence at 11:00am. Viewing Viewing only permitted from 8:00am on Sale day. Buyers Premium 10% plus 20% (per lot) subject to a maximum of 200 per lot (no additional Buyers Premium over 2,000). VAT The lots offered for sale on behalf of Mr CAC & Mrs S Wills are not registered for VAT. Canteen K C Grill will be in attendance on sale day. Payment Method Cash, Card & Cheque will be accepted as methods of payment on Sale day. Directions From Totnes proceed on the A381 (Kingsbridge Road) passing through the villages of Harbertonford and Halwell. Proceed until Totnes Cross Garage and turn left signposted Dartmouth. Continue along this road for approximately 2 miles and on reaching the old Forches Tavern Pub now Airheads Hair and Beauty turn right signposted Blackawton. Proceed along this road until reaching the T junction in Blackawton village turning left. The sale field will be found a short distance along the road on your right hand side. To the sale signs will be displayed on sale day. 2
