Headlamp restoration Smoothes and restores optical clarity to all plastic surfaces. This multi-step scratch and defect removal system removes swirls, fine scratches, stains and oxidation, and polishes the plastic to restore and maintain optical clarity. Headlight repair is actually a necessity today because it is a safety issue. It has been well documented by safety industries that dim headlights have played a serious role in major car accidents. By maintaining proper light output of your vehicle's headlights many of these accidents could be avoided. AI-19 Typical aging headlamp Many consumers neglect their headlights until it is too late, not knowing that cloudy headlights can be repaired, many believe that the faded yellowish appearance is damage inside of the lens, but this affects only 5-10% of vehicles. Headlamp after restoration AC evaporator cleaning In order to clean an AC evaporator, a cleansing foam solution must be injected into the entire evaporator core, starting from the intake side. It's not effective to simply spray something into the chamber. The cleaning material must fill the chamber from top to bottom. Liquid simply flows through the bottom of the evaporator and out the drain. Foam, however, fills the chamber when it is injected and then is blown by the fan through the entire evaporator, neutralizing and ridding the system of harmful contaminants and debris. Finally, air intake cleaner is sprayed into the ventilation system and onto the cabin air filter to complete the entire cleaning process. Mold, mildew, fungi, and bacteria grow inside the dark, damp evaporator of the air conditioning heating system. This can cause the quality of the air you breathe inside your vehicle to be up to 5 times worse than outside air. You may only smell it while using the air conditioner, but until you flush it out, it can affect your health all year long. The harmful organisms that grow in the evaporator can trigger allergies, asthma symptoms and lung problems for those in the vehicle. AI-40 Contaminated evaporator core Clean evaporator core If your vehicle smells like dirty socks or a damp basement, the air in your vehicle is contaminated. Spraying air freshener into the vents or inside the vehicle only masks the odor. The contaminants still remain. By cleaning the evaporator from the inside, through an AC refresh service, mold, mildew, and other contaminants are eliminated, making the air you breathe free from odors and harmful mold and mildew spores. 8

Air induction service Our trained technicians start by disassembling the air intake system. They then clean the throttle body housing, intake and plate, plenum and air-intake, and intake valves and ports. Finally, they remove any combustion chamber deposits. This ensures a correct balance of fuel and air in the system. This air system is critical to many of the normal operating functions of your vehicle. When your vehicle is "breathing" right your vehicle runs better. When air can't circulate effectively because of build up and deposits, vehicle performance suffers and your fuel economy is reduced. AI-66 Dirty throttle plate This service benefits you and your vehicle by reducing emissions, restoring horse power, and increasing fuel economy. It also allows your vehicle to start and idle more smoothly and run more quietly. Wheel alignment Inspect the front and rear suspension components for any signs of wear or damage. Using specialized wheel alignment equipment, adjust the suspension and wheels to the vehicle manufacture s specifications. Vehicle suspensions can wear with age and repeated heavy use. Rough road surfaces and an occasional pothole can change the vehicle s wheel alignment. A wheel alignment can improve your steering control and overall vehicle handling. It can also help prevent abnormal tire wear by bringing the vehicle suspension components back to the vehicle manufacturer s specifications. This important step will keep your vehicle driving the way it was designed to. An alignment is necessary any time a worn suspension part is replaced. Clean throttle plate AI-70 Abnormal tire wear from bad alignment Even slightly worn suspension components can affect the vehicle's wheel alignment. This can lead to premature wear of tires and reduce overall vehicle comfort and safety. A vehicle with worn-out suspension parts can be unsafe to drive. Maintaining your vehicle suspension and performing regular wheel alignments and tire rotations can keep your vehicle safe and reliable. Wheel alignment 9

Tire replacement Raise the vehicle using an automotive lift. Remove the rim and tire assembly from the vehicle. Remove the tire from the rim. Install a new valve stem assembly. Install a new tire on the rim. Inflate the tire to recommended pressure. Balance the tire and rim assembly on a computer-aided dynamic tire balancing machine. Reinstall the tire and rim assembly onto the vehicle. Torque the wheel retaining nuts to the vehicle manufacturer s specifications. Your vehicle's tires are the only connection between your vehicle and the road. Safe vehicle operation depends on your tires being in good condition. If your tires are neglected, the tread can wear completely away, leaving the tire bald and often exposing the steel cords. Not only is this condition dangerous, it is also unlawful in many states. Tires with an abnormal tread wear pattern can cause the vehicle to shimmy and vibrate, and can adversely affect the manner in which your vehicle performs. A tire with an abnormal tread wear pattern will no longer contact the road the way that it was designed to, and this condition can be dangerous, especially during adverse road conditions. AI-71 Signs of irregular tire wear New tire Replacing worn tires is part of vehicle maintenance that is necessary to ensure that your driving experience is as safe as possible. Besides the obvious safety benefits, tires that are in good condition and properly inflated to the correct air pressure can increase the overall fuel economy and help provide a comfortable ride. Oil and filter change Completely drain all oil from the engine. Reinstall the oil drain plug using a new oil drain plug gasket, and torque the drain plug to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Remove the oil filter from the engine. Lubricate the seal on the new filter using clean motor oil. Install the new oil filter on the engine and tighten it to specification. Refill the engine with the correct amount of motor oil specified by the manufacturer. Start the engine and allow it run for over 30 seconds. Shut the engine off and check for any oil leaks beneath the vehicle. Check the oil level. Top off as necessary. Changing your engine oil and filter is the single most important vehicle maintenance that you can perform to ensure long engine life. Engine oil that is not changed when is should can develop sludge which can cause serious engine damage in less than 15,000 miles. Today s engine oils have additives and detergents that help to prevent sludge formation, but engine heat will eventually break down these additives so they can no longer protect your engine. The solution is to change your engine oil and filter at the recommended service intervals to ensure that your engine runs reliably for many years. AI-103 Sludge from lack of oil changes Clean, maintained engine internals 10

Changing your engine oil and filter at or before the factory recommended service interval is the best way to protect your engine from premature wear or complete failure. Today s modern engines commonly last far beyond 100,000 miles when they are properly maintained with regular oil and filter changes. An oil and filter change is an inexpensive way to promote engine longevity and ensure good engine performance. Manual transmission service A manual transmission service is usually referred to as a drain and fill procedure. There are no filters that need to be changed as in an automatic transmission.we will drain the oil. Most automobile transmissions hold between 2 and 3 quarts of oil. Once the old oil has drained out, replace the drain plug, and then locate the fill plug and remove it. A squeeze bottle or a small pump with a fill hose is then used to fill the transmission up to the level of the bottom of the fill hole. When performing this service it is critical that the correct type of transmission fluid is installed. Some manufacturers use a heavy 75 or 90W gear oil, some even specify automatic transmission fluid (ATF). Most Asian imports use regular motor oil in their manual transmissions. Your dealership will know what the correct fluid type is. This fluid level should be checked occasionally to ensure proper transmission operation. This is a highly neglected item on most cars. AI-112 Typical drain plug location Most manufacturers recommend that this fluid be changed about every 30 to 50 thousand miles. Some more frequently, some less. Your dealership will know this service interval. Fill plug location on the side 11

Lower control arm replacement Lift the vehicle using an approved automotive lift. Remove the lower control arm. Install a new lower control arm, restoring the vehicle's original handling capabilities. Test drive the vehicle to verify the repair. The components that make up your suspension are very important to the performance of your vehicle. They allow movement of the suspension to occur when driving over bumps and turning. They also keep your vehicle going straight down the highway. Damaged or degraded suspension components can cause your tires to wear out prematurely. They can also cause your vehicle to wander or pull to one side as you drive. If a worn suspension component is not replaced in a timely manner, your vehicle can become unsafe to drive. If a worn-out suspension or steering component breaks when driving down the road, you may not be able to control or steer your vehicle, and thereby run the risk of getting in an accident and doing additional damage to your vehicle. AI-125 Worn lower control arm Even slightly worn suspension components will cause your tires to wear out prematurely. Safety is number one when it comes to you and your family. A vehicle with worn control arm bushings can be unsafe to drive. Maintaining your front and rear suspension helps keep your vehicle safe and reliable. Coolant fluid exchange service Some coolant may be in such poor condition that a coolant flush is necessary to remove the corrosion and deposits that were created in the engine and the radiator. If so, an approved coolant removal and cycling machine is required for this procedure. Our trained technician will connect the vehicle to a state-of-the-art machine and add a cleaner to safely remove rust, sludge and scale deposits. Once the system has been cleaned, the technician will install a new coolant-and-water mix, along with a conditioner to protect the cooling system. Once this is finished, the engine will be allowed to run until it reaches normal operating temperature and then the fluid will be checked and adjusted if necessary. The engine s coolant pulls the heat from the engine and then dissipates the heat when it enters the radiator. The engine's cooling system is a complex system comprised of many components and materials. The most common materials used are aluminum, plastic, copper, brass, rubber, and steel. The engine coolant must be compatible with all of them. The engine coolant is designed to transfer heat, stop corrosion, and provide a lubricant for the water pump seal. Old antifreeze can become acidic. The combination of acidic fluid and the dissimilar alloys in the cooling system actually creates a crude battery. This condition can cause accelerated corrosion of these materials. Changing the coolant according to a preventative maintenance schedule will prevent this acidic condition, and help prevent corrosion, and expensive future repairs. Lower control arm AI-169 Clean vs. dirty, acidic coolant (antifreeze) Coolant flush equipment 12

Replacing the engine coolant as a part of a scheduled maintenance program is essential to your vehicle's reliability and longevity. New engine coolant has a non-acidic, noncorrosive PH level that will not destroy your cooling system components. The use of proper engine coolant will help keep your engine from overheating, and can help prevent the engine from freezing during cold weather conditions. Brake fluid exchange service One of our skilled technicians will check the condition of your vehicle s brake fluid and, if necessary, remove contaminated fluid from the brake lines and master cylinder, replace the old fluid with appropriate brake fluid. The entire brake system will be inspected for leaks, master cylinder corrosion, worn pneumatic parts, harmful varnish build-up, broken or rusted bleeder valves, worn rotors and drums, and air in the brake lines. Does your vehicle s brake pedal feel spongy? Brake fluid becomes contaminated over time and use. Heat and moisture can cause brake failure. Contaminated fluid leads to expensive repairs. AI-211 Harmful deposits on brake master cylinder piston assembly Worn-out, oxidized brake fluid causes corrosion and harmful deposits and varnish build up. A brake flush service should be performed when your brake fluid shows contamination or every 30,000 to 40,000 miles. Bulb replacement Perform a function test of entire lighting system. Visually inspect the headlamps, high and low beams, hazard signals, turn indicators, parking lights and brake lights. Remove and install new light bulbs as needed to repair inoperative vehicle lamps. Lighting systems are required on all vehicles by both state and federal laws. Lights are a major contributor to your safety, not only by allowing you to see the road in front of you at night, but also by allowing other vehicles to see you. The value of having fullyfunctioning lights far outweighs the cost of replacing burned-out light bulbs. The cost is normally less than the inconvenience and can also prevent you from receiving a traffic citation. Brake fluid before and after service AI-212 Burned-out light bulbs The vehicle lighting system is an important safety feature of your car. Replacing burned out light bulbs is an inexpensive way to ensure that your driving experience is a safe one. New light bulb 13

Spark plug replacement Remove the spark plugs and spark plug wires. Some new vehicles use a coil mounted on top of the spark plug. Perform a compression test as necessary. Replace the spark plugs and reinstall the spark plug wires (if equipped). If the engine is equipped with a distributor cap and rotor, inspect these components for signs of wear and arcing. Replace any worn or damaged component. Test drive the vehicle to confirm proper engine performance. The efficiency and performance of your engine depend on it staying in proper running order. Spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor caps and rotors (all parts that wear out over time) require periodic replacement. If any of these parts are worn out or damaged, it can have a negative effect on the way that you engine runs. A rough running engine that is out of tune, will also have excessive tailpipe emissions, and will often fail a state emissions test. It will also cost more to operate and be less fuel-efficient. An engine with excessive emissions also runs the risk of damaging the oxygen sensors and catalytic converter. AI-252 Worn out spark plug New spark plug Keeping your engine tuned properly is essential to long engine life and good fuel economy. An engine that is well maintained will provide you with good, reliable service for many years while reducing hazardous emissions. Differential fluid change - rear Drain the rear differential fluid according to the vehicle manufacturer s service procedure. Refill the differential housing using the correct type and amount of differential fluid or gear oil. The rear differential contains components known as spider gears that allow the wheels to rotate at different speeds when turning. It also has a ring and pinion gear, which convert torque from the engine through the transmission and driveline into right angle torque. This is what enables the wheels to be driven by the engine. All of the gears and bearings in the differential are submersed in differential oil to protect and lubricate them. Differentials create heat under normal driving conditions, which can eventually break down the fluid, causing its lubrication properties to deteriorate. This condition can lead to total differential failure and an expensive repair bill. AI-257 Draining rear differential fluid Proper service of your rear differential fluid will make sure that the gears and bearings inside have the lubrication they require. With regular service, your differential can last the life of your vehicle. Changing the differential fluid as part of a scheduled maintenance program, will enhance the reliability of your vehicle, and save you money during the life of your vehicle. Refilling with new fluid 14
