Summary Moranbah Discount Tyres and Mechanical Pty Ltd is a family owned business, with the owners living in Moranbah for 30 years. Moranbah Discount Tyres is proud to promote that we have an extensive light vehicle servicing process with the convenience of a ONE STOP SHOP for all auto electrical, mechanical and tyre requirements. Our goal is to provide a same day turn around service for all mining companies, contractor and local customer vehicles with already a 97% compliance achieved. Safety is paramount to our business and we aim to support Industries best practices in Fatal Risk Protocols and Safety Standards. We are authorised repairers for Orix, Custom Fleet, Lease Plan, Fleet Care, Esanda, Fleet Australia and all other major leasing companies. In 2017 we won MTA Overall Business Excellence in Service Award We are able to carry out first services for all makes and models without voiding warranty so customers dont have to take their vehicle to Mackay or Emerald but can get it done locally Our Company has a Tyre Division, Underground Earthmoving Tyre Division, Mechanical Division and a Auto Electrical Division and now an Ironman 4x4 Division. We have opened a Repco spare parts division providing aftermarket parts as well as all products provided under the Repco Spare Parts Centres umbrella. We provide a pick up and delivery services to all mine sites in the area. The only Platetronic Machine Safe-T-Stop - Our business is the only owners of this machine in the Central Highlands. This machine saves you money by increasing your tyre life and fuel efficiency, it scientifically test your braking capacity and ensures maximum stopping performance, checks wheel alignment on both front and rear axles, measures ride quality by testing the rebound of each shock absorber and gives an accurate printout of the vehicles performance. SAFETY FIRST Our team have a safety first attitude at all times everyone wants to go home just as they arrived. We conduct monthly safety audits as well, to ensure that our entire organisation is aligned to the latest safety policies and procedures as set out by MONIT, a safety management system.
