Addendum No.: 2 Quote#: Project Name: Coquille Lateral Drainage Quote Due Date: Friday, March 9, 2018 QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Question #1: Answer #1: Per plans it has an alternate to move building however the details are vague. Is this building to be moved on site or off site? If off-site what is destination of delivery? The building must be moved on-site approximately ten feet out of conflict from the proposed ditch. Question #2: Answer #2: Per my experience. I don t think Type C mat will withstand the volume of water for this project. The specifications should be changed to either a more stringent Material or all Sod. The vegetation will not take, the seed and fertilizer will be degenerated because of excessive flow. Please take this in consideration to avoid potential design problems. The side slopes, soil type and water velocities do not warrant a more stringent type of erosion control system.
