2 Introduction SAME Joint Stock Company was founded in 1992 as manufacturer of industrial machines and its additional equipment. Company is located in small place named Tabivere, in Jõgeva County SAME JSC is also one of the leading and oldest industrial machinery production company in Estonia that produces each completed item/machine from start to finish to end customer About 20% of production is sold on domestic Estonian market and approximately 80% of manufactured machines and equipment realized on export markets. Company has 60 employees and it is one of the biggest, based on private capital employer in local community SAME JSC is mainly based on Estonian capital

3 Company In 2014, turnover of the SAME JSC was 4,1 million SAME JSC has (AA) credit rating by Estonian business valuation company which takes into account achieving success, payment behaviour and credit policy
