3 COMPANY OVERVIEW PAMAS & Company, Inc. was founded by Paul Mascieri in 979, in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The manufacturing plant and facility is located in Elberton, GA which sits on approximately 9 acres of land and consists of a corporate office building and 2 each, side by side, fabrication and machine shop warehouse facilities totaling 44,380 square feet. PAMAS & Company, Inc. is one of the only companies of its kind in the world that specializes in metal fabrication with an emphasis on components for the Aluminum Smelting Industry. In its main warehouse, it utilizes 2 custom built and designed flash butt welders in its production process. The Taylor and Winfield flash butt welder is rated at an F9 in capacity, size, and output and is one of the biggest and most powerful welders in the world. The Thompson General flash butt welder has been completely remanufactured and retrofitted in 200 by Automation International and has an F6 rating. In addition to the flash butt welders, the 2 warehouse buildings are filled with a large quantity of support equipment.
