2 OVER 100 ITEMS We are proud to present to you our new catalogue for In the following pages we present more than 100 instrument types, which we calibrate in our laboratory, where we have been investing years of experience and valuable assets. We are confident that we have accomplished important steps and achieved many accomplishments in the last 20 years of activity in the metrology business. The challenges we face are still very important for all those who want, as we do, to keep pace with an increasingly demanding market, where efficiency, professionalism and above all facts are really important. NOT ONLY CALIBRATION In addition to the calibration of your instruments, we can manage you calibration deadlines, update your instrument records with calibration events, track the MPE of your instruments, manage the metrological traceability and monitor the drift of your instruments. All this is performed through our powerful web portal, available to you anytime. PROMPT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE Most of the calibration activities represented in this catalogue can also be performed at the customer's site, both the activities within accreditation and those outside the accreditation scope. We are however aware that it is important, if not crucial, to be able to service in the shortest possible time, and we ensure the return of the instruments calibrated in our laboratory within 7 working days. 6 MORE DETAILS STANDARD CALIBRATION: It consists of calibration of the measuring instrument and issue of calibration report and/or LAT/ACCREDIA calibration certificate in paper format. The management of the calibration frequency, the callback of instruments with expiring calibration deadline and their marking with expiry date sticker are included. On request, it is possible to receive the calibration report/certificate in PDF format, or exchange the type of certificate issued. On request, it is possible to state the results of calibration on the calibration report (not available/expected on LAT/ACCREDIA calibration certificates) CALIBRATION AND MANAGEMENT (STEAL TYPE) In addition to the verification of the instrument calibration, the customer has access to our web platform and to S.D.M. Measuring Instruments gauge management, consisting of an instrument database record, updated reports of events and related calibration certificates and/or reports, calibration frequency management, with the callback of expiring instruments and their marking by stickers. On request, it is possible to state the results of the calibration on the calibration report (not available/expected on LAT/ACCREDIA calibration certificates). The customer has complete overview, through a password, on all gauge management updates. CALIBRATION AND MANAGEMENT (SILVER TYPE) In addition to the verification of the instrument calibration, the customer has access to our web platform and to S.D.M. Measuring Instruments gauge management, consisting of an instrument database record, updated reports of events and related calibration certificates and/or reports, calibration frequency management, with the callback of expiring instruments and their marking by stickers, analysis of calibration results (stated on LAT/ACCREDIA calibration certificates), analysis of metrological confirmation, to support and demonstrate compliance with metrological requirements when instruments are returned to the customer. The customer has a password for consultation of updates and for the metrological confirmation on our gauge management software. CALIBRATION AND GAUGE MANAGEMENT (GOLD TYPE) In addition to the verification of the instrument calibration, the customer has access to our web platform and to S.D.M. The characterization of the length can be defined in two different ways on No. 5 points, or on 1 single point. With C1 and D1 inspection type, one single position at the centre of the block gauge is measured, while with C2 and D2 inspection type 5 points are measured and both centre deviation and length variation are calculated. 38 OF THE SERVICE STANDARD SERVICE: Calibration and inspection, issuing of a calibration report and/or LAT/ACCREDIA calibration certificate on paper. The report and/or LAT/ACCREDIA certificate in PDF format should be expressly requested and it costs... for each gauge. Cancellation and/or reprint of new LAT/ACCREDIA certificates costs... net, for calibration reports it costs... net for each one. The standard servicing time is 5/7 working days from gauge receipt and order confirmation. Every instrument is recorded in our computer system; it has a record, which is used to manage calibration deadlines (via fax or ). This service is available when the customer informs us about the required frequency of calibration for the instrument/gauge. Included in the service, the instrument is marked with a calibration expiry sticker. The packaging is included in the service. Minimum order:... net This price list refers to activities performed c/o our laboratory, any travel costs should be calculated separately according to the relevant price lists. Each gauge/instrument under calibration must be identified with an indelible ID serial number (laser marking). If it is not possible, for technical reasons, to use an indelible identification, we will use an adhesive label (sticker). IDENTIFICATION STICKER "Only when it is not possible to use indelible laser marking" It is performed according to our internal coding system (using a barcode number) and has no additional cost, while the adhesive label with customer code has a cost of... for each gauge. LASER MARKING IDENTIFICATION Indelible marking by laser is really necessary, unless impossible for technical reasons, and costs:... for each gauge, both with our internal coding and customer code. For each instrument, the statement about the POSITIVE or NEGATIVE outcome can be recorded and reported. It is necessary that the client informs us about his acceptability criteria (MPE). The outcome of the inspection, either positive or negative (applicable only on calibration reports) has a cost of.../gauge. The outcome of the inspection is defined on the basis of the measured value and the acceptability criteria (MPE), without taking into account the measurement uncertainty. These options: calibration report and/or LAT/ACCREDIA certificate in PDF, labelling with customer's ID code, laser marking and calibration outcome should be expressly requested when ordering or when accepting our order confirmation.
