2 Issue #113 April 2017 A Message from Kelly & Susan Spring has officially arrived, and although we didn t see as many warm or dry stretches of weather last month like we did in January and February there were a few days of nice weather that we saw some of you got out for rides on your Harleys. Bike sales have been brisk as more riders are gearing up for the new riding season, and we have GREAT DEALS with BIG SAVINGS on the few remaining, carryover 2016 models that will save you thousands of dollars (no April Fool s joke) so visit our dealership soon before they are gone! Both of these events are family friendly and another sure sign that winter is in the rear view mirror. Finally, the Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program (PA MSP) returns to provide motorcycle safety training classes at Harley-Davidson of Erie again this month. We are very proud to host this excellent training program and encourage all new riders to complete this training before riding on the open road. If you haven t ridden in awhile, then you should register for the basic rider s course to freshen up your skills, and even experienced riders can learn some new riding techniques. 3 Bring the Kids to HDE Easter Egg Noon April 15th Our dealership is pleased to host our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15th at NOON. Bring your kids to our dealership and let them have photos with the Easter Bunny, search for eggs, and win prizes in this free event. Kids hunt through the straw for plastic eggs and exchange them for Easter candy, and if they find one of the golden egg they win a PRIZE!!! Service Fast & Easy with H-D of Erie s Express Lane Riding season is the time to ride your bike and Harley-Davidson of Erie is committed to making sure that are able to spend as much time riding your motorcycle as possible. Therefore, to help minimize any downtime for maintenance or service work, we are pleased to provide to provide Express Lane service for repair/maintenance jobs of one (1) hour or less no appointments required. The Express Lane is open six days a week and is based on a first come, first served basis. 4 HDE Spring Fling Open House & Fashion Show April 29 th Come hang out and celebrate the start of a new riding season at our annual Spring Fling Open House and Fashion Show on Saturday, April 29 th. FREE LUNCH catered by the Cab starts at 11 (until food is gone) and the fashion show, which starts at 1 PM, will showcase new Harley-Davidson riding apparel you will want to be safe, comfortable, and fashionable. We will also host a food drive benefitting the Emmaus Soup Kitchen of Erie and give away coupons for biker cash to any customers who donate any non-perishable food. Some items that are desperately needed include: coffee, powder creamer, peanut butter, jelly, soup, pasta, and canned fruit. You can use your biker cash coupons in the MotorClothes department until May 31 st. We thank you in advance for your generosity.

Spring is here and that means our rental business is open, and we ve got some exciting news for you we have reduced rental rates so you can enjoy renting a new 2017 Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a longer period this summer! Wild Wednesday Bike Buffalo Wild Wings Summer is around the corner and Harley-Davidson of Erie, Miller Lite, and Buffalo Wild Wings are joining forces for the 10th Anniversary of Erie s LARGEST AND FAVORITE weekly summer bike night series Wild Wednesday Bike Nites! Jessi Enterline and Brent Conley Join the HDE Family The Harley-Davidson of Erie family continues to grow with the addition of two new employees: Jessi Enterline and Brent Conley. Jessi joined our family as a motorclothes sales associate. She may already be familiar to many local motorcycle enthusiasts and customers who have heard and seen her perform as the lead vocalist for the band Two For Flinching. Jessi brings a strong background in retail sales and is excited to help our customers find the best apparel for both riding and comfort. Brent joined our team as a motorcycle sales associate. He has built and sold older Harley choppers, and he is excited about his relocation back to Erie with his wife and the opportunity to sell a motorcycle brand that he is very passionate about. We are very pleased to welcome both Jessi and Brent to the Harley-Davidson of Erie family. Please make sure to say hello to both of them the next time you visit our store.
