9 TRAFFIC CONTROL MANAGEMENT A minimum of one (1) TCT or TCS shall be required on site during working hours, except the following where a TCS shall be onsite at all times during working hours: a) freeways, expressways, and interstates b) multilane roads with posted speeds of 45 mph and greater c) other roadways with ADT equal to and greater than 25,000.

TCS shall complete the diary by the end of the following day, except: No work on Saturday - Friday & Saturday diary into SiteManager nlt Monday 9am.
