(I)/ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 8 of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 (XVII of 2002), the Authority, in super-session of its notification No.S.R.O.607(I)/2010, dated 30 th June, 2010, S.R.O.185(I)/2011, dated 7th March, 2011 and S.R.O. No.605(I)/2011, dated 13 th June, 2011, is pleased to notify the sale prices and minimum charges specified in schedule below, for the purposes of the said Ordinance, in respect of natural gas sold by the following companies to various categories of their retail consumers with immediate effect, namely:- (1) Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (2) Sui Southern Gas Company Limited I. Domestic Sector: SCHEDULE a) Standalone meters Rs./MMBTU upto 100 M 3 per month Over 100 upto 300 M 3 per month Over 300 upto 500 M 3 per month All over 500 M 3 per month 1, Minimum charges Rs per month b) Mosques, churches, temples, madrassas, other Religious Places and Hostels attached thereto; Government and Semi-Government Offices and Hospitals, Government Guest Houses, Armed Forces Messes, Langars, Universities, Colleges, Schools and Private Educational Institutions, Orphanages and other Charitable Institutions along-with Hostels and Residential Colonies to whom gas is supplied through bulk meters. (i) Upto 300 M 3 per month Rs./MMBTU upto 100 M 3 per month Over 100 upto 300 M 3 per month
2 (ii) Over 300 M 3 per month All off-takes at flat rate of: Rs per MMBTU Rs per month II. Commercial: All establishments registered as commercial units with local authorities or dealing in consumer items for direct commercial sale like cafes, bakeries, milk-shops, tea stalls, canteens, barber shops, laundries, places of entertainment like cinemas, clubs, theaters and private offices, clinics, maternity homes, etc. Rs per MMBTU Rs.2, per month III. Special Commercial (Roti Tandoors) (a) Upto 300 M 3 per month Rs./MMBTU upto 100 M 3 per month Over 100 upto 300 M 3 per month Over 300 M 3 per month All off-takes at flat rate of Rs per month IV. Industrial: All consumers engaged in the processing of industrial raw material into value added finished products irrespective of the volume of gas consumed including hotel industry but excluding such industries for which a separate rate has been prescribed. 4 (iv) Pak-China Fertilizer Limited, Haripur: (a) Rs per MMBTU for gas used Rs.14, per month (v) Hazara Phosphate Fertilizer Plant Limited, Haripur: (a) Rs per MMBTU for gas used Rs. 14, per month (vi) ENGRO Fertilizer Company Limited: (a) Rs per MMBTU for gas used as feed-stock (provisional) w.e.f. 1 st July, 2011; and (vii) Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited: (a) Rs per MMBTU for gas used as feed-stock upto 60 MMCFD; and (c) Rs per MMBTU for gas used as feed-stock (additional 10 MMCFD) (provisional) w.e.f. 1 st July, Rs per MMBTU for gas used
