(I)/ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 8 of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 (XVII of 2002), the Authority, in supersession of its notification No.S.R.O.807(I)/2012, dated 30 th June, 2012, S.R.O. NO. 850(I)/2012, dated July 06, 2012, S.R.O. 1166(I)/2012, dated 22 nd September, 2012 and S.R.O.1346(I)/2012, dated 25 th October, 2012, is pleased to notify the sale prices in schedule below, for the purposes of the said Ordinance, in respect of natural gas sold by the following companies to various categories of their retail consumers with effect from 1 st January, 2013, namely:- (1) Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (2) Sui Southern Gas Company Limited I. Domestic Sector: SCHEDULE a) Standalone meters b) Mosques, churches, temples, madrassas, other Religious Places and Hostels attached thereto; Rs./MMBTU Upto 100 M 3 per month Upto 300 M 3 per month Over 300 M 3 per month c) Government and Semi-Government Offices and Hospitals, Government Guest Houses, Armed Forces Messes, Langars, Universities, Colleges, Schools and Private Educational Institutions, Orphanages and other Charitable Institutions along-with Hostels and Residential Colonies to whom gas is supplied through bulk meters. Commercial: All establishments registered as commercial units with local authorities or dealing in consumer items for direct commercial sale like cafes, bakeries, milk-shops, tea stalls, canteens, barber shops, laundries, places of entertainment like cinemas, clubs, theaters and private offices, clinics, maternity homes, etc. Rs per MMBTU III.
