4 PLANETARY GEARBOXES FOR THE SUGAR CANE MILL INDUSTRY DRIVES IN DIFFUSERS AND CENTRAL APPLICATION IN MILLS INDIVIDUAL DRIVE AND ASSIST DRIVE IN MILLS Electronic monitoring and protection systems via Monitork or Protetork allow a safe equipment operation. An individualized lubrication system allows adequate lube oil to flow to all system components and ensures perfect cooling and lubrication of the gearbox. Bearings with Black Oxide surface treatment contribute to the gearbox efficiency and safety.

The staged individualized lubrication, electronic monitoring and bearings made for a cycle of 10 harvest seasons, with Black Oxide surface treatment, ensure safety and industrial availability of the equipment. 6 SuperTurbo Super Machine TURBO GEARBOXES FROM 20 UP TO 60 MW In the SuperTurbo Line were applied ideas and knowledge acquired through TGM experience in manufacturing, maintenance and operation of power generation machines. In some cases, these machines operate under severe conditions, exceeding their operational limits. The equipment is already in operation at several facilities, obtaining great results and exceptional performance.

7 GearFlex Flexible Flexible Couplings GF GearFlex Developed to be used in turbo gearboxes with up to 60 MW from any manufacturer, TGM Flexible Couplings line ( GF GearFlex) ensures high performance, compensating the effects of angular, axial and parallel misalignments during operation. These gear couplings were developed and patented by TGM, available in F and T models.

8 PLANETARY GEARBOX FOR THE INDUSTRIAL LINE TGM industrial planetary gearboxes are designed according to the area of use, having already been used in Hi-Lo unloaders, feeder tables, conveyor belts, feed rolls and dewatering rolls. 9 PLANETARY GEARBOX FOR THE WIND POWER INDUSTRY The RPW line of planetary gearboxes was developed by TGM engineering team to meet the demands of the wind power industry, for Yaw and Pitch drives. The goal is to offer wind power generator manufacturers a high-quality and safe product that meets international standards and requirements. WIND POWER COMPONENTS In addition to the RPW Line, TGM manufactures components such as gears, shafts, parts or sub-assemblies used in wind generators. TGM scope also includes the provision of services in gearboxes/multipliers of any size and from any manufacturer. The company s experience in this technology is strengthened by about 2000 planetary and parallel shaft gearboxes manufactured and installed worldwide.

14 AUTOMATION AND CONTROL ENGINEERING TGM has a specific department for developing and deploying solutions in control and automation technologies. They are deployed by experts who endeavor to reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment efficiency, using the best technologies and tools to prioritize safety of the plant, machine and process. Examples are Monitork and Protetork, developed to monitor and control operating variables in gearboxes, such as temperature, pressure, torque and others. HEAT TREATMENT TGM/Maxitrate heat treatment has furnaces certified according to the API-6 standard, considered the most advanced in Brazil. It is structured with full oversight via compliance reporting, with high level warranty for gearboxes, gears and shafts. GEARBOXES TESTING The test bench is equipped with electronic instruments and modern controls that assess the conditions of new and refurbished machines. It can test gearboxes up to 60 MW power, whether manufactured by TGM or otherwise OIL LABORATORY TGM built a state-of-the-art Oil Laboratory for preventive analysis that helps customers take proper care of their equipment, regardless of the application or manufacturer. This represents a unique form of providing service, aiming to improve quality, safety and operational availability.
