The Torque Limiter ensures the safe operation of all low torque interfaces when the output torque of a given manipulator or torque tool cannot be assured. The Torque Limiter s modular parts enable versatility and ease in setting the appropriate limiter on ROV operations. Once desired limiter is in place, the output torque can be set anywhere within the limiters range during operations using the adjustable dial located on the limiter itself. The machine is supplied complete with modular handle, torque limiter, socket drive adapter, Pelican case, packing list and manual. Options include a modular compliant drive (open or over-molded) and various custom square drives per client request. This capability assists difficult ROV operations by allowing the ROV s pilot a clearer view of the objective. The Camera Slider has a 11.5 stroke and is suitable for most pan and tilt camera units. 7 Adjustable Rigid FLOT Bracket ROV Tooling Extension from ROV For use with Class 1-4 Torque Tools High Strength Aluminium Frame Up to Extension From ROV 225Kg Payload The Mirage Adjustable Rigid FLOT Bracket cuts out the weight and price associated with old flying lead orientation tool brackets as it can be adjusted to the desired distance from the ROV. The underneath attachment location provides a means of mounting class 1-4 docking torque tools. The Mirage FLOT bracket is a compact design with a mounting base featuring a number of mounting holes and brackets for adjustment. This enables the ROV to position the torque tool to a desired distance away from the ROV. The alignment bracket allows for mounting orientating linear actuator override tools and Class 1-4 torque tools to the ROV frame. The machine is supplied complete with shipping Box and manual. Custom design systems can be produced in 3-4 weeks per customer request. 12 MDWS Diamond Wire Saw Page 1 of 2 Rev 1.2 Description The Mirage Diamond Wire Saw range of four machines (MDWS) are designed for underwater cutting of items such as multistring casings, piles, platform legs and wellheads. Applications The MDWS uses abrasive cutting technology that is extremely effective in different subsea environments and is ideal for quick cutting through dissimilar materials and resisting compressive forces. The wire cutter allows circular cutting on all sides, preventing the wire from getting pinched on materials that would otherwise damage lathe and mill type tooling. Customized saws are available by special order.
