19 SH Current Status Segment 1 is at 60% overall design for earthwork, drainage, retaining walls, and bridges. Design for Segment 1 is anticipated to be completed by July Design has started on several utility re-locations. All utility relocations are anticipated to be completed by the end of 2018.
