10 EAGLE project updates UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO A LINE and B LINE: RTD met with FRA officials on Jan. 23 in Washington, D.C. to update them on the progress. FRA has granted waiver extension through April 30, 2017 and has lifted the 10 mph speed restriction on the gated crossings on the B Line. Denver Transit Partners/RTD making software, hardware and circuit upgrades to get the activation time to match the design time. Since opening: University of Colorado A Line (April 2016), the daily, average on-time performance is 87.3% (90% is our goal on commuter rail and light rail; light rail is about 94%). B Line (opened July 2016) average on-time performance is 95.9%.

11 EAGLE project updates G LINE: Once RTD has certification of the University of Colorado A and B lines from the FRA, RTD s attention will turn to testing along the G line, which provides service from Denver Union Station through Adams County, Arvada and Wheat Ridge. RTD is excited to open this much anticipated line and expect to do so in 2017.

12 Southeast Rail Extension Extends the existing Southeast Line 2.3 miles from Lincoln Station to RidgeGate Parkway in the City of Lone Tree; scheduled to open in 2019 Will serve existing RTD light rail lines E, F and R Three new stations - Sky Ridge Avenue - Future Lone Tree City Center - RidgeGate Parkway

14 Current and upcoming projects Civic Center renovation: - 40 percent complete; scheduled to open in 2017 Route 15L: - Most used route in RTD system - RTD received grant funds from FTA and CDOT to provide transit enhancements on East Colfax, specifically at 15L bus stops. - RTD is in process of completing Environmental Clearance and Preliminary Design for the stop improvements. State Highway 119 (SH119) BRT: - RTD issued a RFP for SH119 BRT study, for consultant services to assist with environmental review and preliminary engineering work. - Through the Northwest Area Mobility Study (NAMS) stakeholders identified SH119 as a top priority
