Documentation items include: A) 4 page list of equipment make, model, serial numbers, design parameters, condition, hours, items included or NOT included B) 36 pages of pictures of the 9 ea. Natural Gas Turbine Compression Packages C) 11 pages of pictures of spare compressors and turbine assembly and other miscellaneous parts D) 9 Solar Turbine Overhaul Reports. One for each unit, approximately 134 pages E) Bid Page Terms and Conditions 1) Bid must be valid for 90 days 2) Equipment removal to occur on an agreed upon schedule and pace. Duration not to exceed 90 days. 3) Seller will need time for internal AFE funding approval for drain, purge, air gap and isolation activities from other existing facilities. (Estimated time 90 days before removal can begin) 4) Equipment removal will most likely not begin until 01 Apr 17 or later. 5) 10% deposit required at acceptance and balance due within 10 days notice that drain, purge, air gap and isolation activities are complete and authorization for mobilization to begin dismantlement is approved. 6) Equipment is SOLD as is WHERE is. 7) Who pays for equipment load out, Seller or Buyer, TBD Option Dependent 8) Buyer will be responsible for trucking; trailers/vehicles must be suitable for transporting material. 9) Buyer will be responsible to provide all blocking, bracing materials, crating, packing, padding and straps to secure loads. SELLER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Only the successful bidder will be notified of awards. Deposit payment is by Cashier s Check or Wire Transfer and due upon receipt of notification of award. All sales will be charged sales tax unless payment for material is accompanied by resale tax exemption certificate. Equipment to be removed from property within agreed upon schedule at buyer s expense. Seller description of material is based on the best available information. Seller provides no express warranties and/or guarantees as to the quantity, quality, and/or fitness for any use or purpose. Solar Saturn 10 Version T1302 Compression Packages. Location is in East Texas. Original installation was in Units have been upgraded over the years from Saturn T1001 packages to T1302 packages. The units are set up to currently operate as 3 ea. 2 nd stage units, 3 ea. 3 rd stage units, 3 ea. 4 th stage units. 1st stage is handled by a VRU which gets gas from 0 psia up to about 20 psia. The VRU is NOT included in the sale. It is being retained. All 9 units have upgraded Solar Fuel Systems installed in 2011/ of the 9 units have upgraded Solar Turbotronic NEMA Console Panels. Also installed in 2011/2012. The Units were last run in 2013 when they were replaced by compression in the new adjacent LNG plant.
