6 Bookings Bookings are accepted Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 6:00pm. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations - with minimum 14 days notice will incur a $30.00 booking charge. With less than 14 days notice the deposit is non-refundable. Restrictions Go-Karts - Closed toe shoes must be worn, and we suggest children wear shorts or pants. Depending upon the number of children in your party, we may need to split them into 2 groups for karting. Mini-Karts are strictly for 7 to 9 year olds only, and are available Saturday morning or Sunday morning, or any time mid-week. (Upgrades for older children are available at extra cost) Rookie Go-Karts are for 10 to 16 year olds. (Strict special conditions apply for 9 year old parties) F3000 Karts are strictly for 14 year old plus. We require signed indemnity forms for teenagers on this ride. (Double Go-Karts are not available in an F3000 Drive) Double Go-Karts are available for children that do not meet our age and height restrictions (1350mm height) Only 2 Double Go-Karts are available per 12 children. (Double Go-Karts are an extra cost) Dodgem Cars - are for 7 year old plus. Max. 2 people per car - both get a chance to drive. TenPin Bowling - Special shoes are not required. We suggest joggers or running shoes. Bumper lanes and ramps are available to assist smaller children. Laserforce - We regularly have up to 40 players in any game, so you may be in a game with another party and/or public. The nature of this game actually makes it more fun with larger numbers taking part. Please note - Running in Laserforce can be dangerous and is not permitted. Minimum age is turning 7. Mini Golf - an 18 hole put-put style mini-golf course. Parents need to supervise this activity. Party Room - Party tables are allocated as per the number of guests attending, and are for your use from the arrival time until the children have finished eating. (During busy times tables are required for other parties after you have eaten.) Sorry, we are unable to provide extra tables for parents and friends. Minimum Numbers - For Birthday Parties on Saturday & Sunday, the minimum number is 8 people. All other times the minimum is 5 people. Confirmation At least 4 days prior to your party, please confirm the details and actual numbers attending (As per the date noted on your Booking Confirmation.) Please try to give us accurate numbers of guests, as we can not guarantee availability for extras that turn up on the day. On the day, payment is required for the number of guests booked or confirmed 4 days prior, less an allowable drop up to a maximum of 10% if guests fail to turn up. We are unable to reduce the price if guests arrive late or do not participate in any activity. What To Bring You are welcome to bring a Birthday Cake, Lolly Bags and sealed bags of chips etc. Don t forget the candles (also available for purchase at our café). If you are bringing an ice cream cake - please bring your own esky or ice box as Sidetracked does not have sufficient freezer space. Extra softdrinks are available for purchase from the café.
