2 Golf Camp Golf Camp is designed to offer quality learning and instruction in a FUN environment that promotes a TEAM golf concept. Our professional staff has extensive teaching experience and organizational skills applicable for children. Campers will be tested; earning chips for prizes each week. Juniors 5-8 years Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 9 am - 12 pm (Includes Lunch) Session Rate: $160 Member, $180 Non-member (With the applicable 6% FL Sales Tax the Member price is $ & the Non-member price is $190.80) Seniors 9-15 years Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 10 am - 3 pm (Includes Lunch) Session Rate: $300 Member, $325 Non-member (With the applicable 6% FL Sales Tax the Member price is $318 & the Non-member price is $344.50) At lunch time, Seniors are able to cool off at the pool if they choose. It is highly recommended your child have his/her own equipment as limited equipment is available. You can purchase golf equipment at our Golf Pro Shop. Golf Camp Directors: Scott Fox & Brett Martin golfshop@coralridgecc.com Swim Camp Swim Camp focuses on stroke improvement and includes participation in a variety of competitive swim meets. All children in swim camp the week of a meet are encouraged to participate. It s a great way to build confidence and camaraderie! Each child must be able to swim the length of the pool and must be tested prior to the camp. Swim Camp 2-14 years Schedule: Monday Friday, 10 am - 12 pm or 3-5 pm Session Rate: $105 Member, $130 Non-member (With the applicable 6% FL Sales Tax the Member price is $ & the Non-member price is $137.80) Swim Suit: $61.40; Goggles: $21.20 (Swim Suit & Goggle rates include 6% FL Sales Tax) Session 1: June 2-6 Session 2: June 9-13 Session 3: June Session 4: June Session 5: June 30 - July 3 Session 6: July 7-11 Session 7: July Session 8: July Session 9: July 28 - August 1 Session 10: August 4-8 Session 11: August Stipulation: All children are required to have CRCC swimsuits and goggles which can be purchased at the Pool. Swim Camp Director: Jo Ann Davies pool@coralridgecc.com Welcome to CRCCC Summer Camp! Tennis Camp Students are introduced to the game of tennis through a variety of movement and striking practices. The instructors put an emphasis on rules, etiquette, strategy and FUN in these programs. Senior campers are engaged in match play and each session ends with a hit-for-prizes game. Tiny Tots 4-6 years Schedule: Monday Thursday, 9-10 am Session Rate: $85 Member, $95 Non-member (With the applicable 6% FL Sales Tax the Member Price is $90.10 & the Non-member price is $100.70) Seniors 7-15 years Schedule: Monday Thursday, 10 am - 3 pm (Includes Lunch) Session Rate: $220 Member, $240 Non-member (With the applicable 6% FL Sales Tax the Member Price is $ & the Non-member price is $254.40) At lunch time, Senior are able to cool off at the Pool if they choose. It is highly recommended your child have his/her own equipment as there are limited racquets available. You can purchase tennis equipment from our Tennis Pro Shop. Tennis Camp Directors: Will Hoag & Mathieu Soto tennis@coralridgecc.com Combo Camp Combo Camp is offered Monday - Thursday and introduces students to tennis, golf and swimming! Campers will enjoy playing tennis every Monday - Thursday morning, followed by swim on Monday and Tuesday, switching to golf on Wednesday and Thursday. Combo Camp 5-7 years Schedule: Monday Thursday, 9 am - 12:30 pm (Includes Lunch) Tennis: Monday Thursday, 9-10 am Swim: Monday Tuesday, 10 am - 12 pm; Lunch: 12-12:30 pm Golf: Wednesday Thursday, 10 am - 12 pm; Lunch: 12-12:30 pm Session Rate: $180 Member, $215 Non-member (With the applicable 6% FL Sales Tax the Member price is $ & the Non-member price is $227.90) Session 1: June 2-5 Session 2: June 9-12 Session 3: June Session 4: June Session 5: June 30 - July 3 Session 6: July 7-10 Session 7: July Session 8: July Session 9: July Session 10: August 4-7 Session 11: August Stipulation: Combo Campers are not able to participate in any of the swim meets, therefore they are not required to have CRCC swimsuits and goggles. Proper tennis and golf attire is required. Note: Please complete one registration form for each camp that each child is attending. Only one signed waiver form is required per child for all camps, valid the entire summer. You must pre-pay the full amount for each session in order to register your child in camp. There is a one time, non-refundable $25 registration processing fee per child for the entire summer. If your child is not able to attend the session that he/she is registered for, you must submit your cancellation request in writing to the appropriate department 2 days before the session begins. We will process your refund minus the cancellation fee of $25. If you notify the department within the 2 days before the session begins, you will not receive a refund. However, we will always offer a credit towards a future camp session (if space is available). There is a walk-in fee of $20 if you register your child the day camp begins and a $25 late pick-up fee for every 10 minutes past the time each camp is scheduled to have ended. Please see the 5-Day Camp options on the back cover of this brochure.

There is a $20 walk-in fee if you register your child the day camp begins. Weather Policy: In the case of inclement weather, we will make every attempt to keep the campers busy indoors. However, persistent rain may result in a cancelled day which can be made up in a future session where there is available space (please call for availability). Drop-off & Pick-up: All child(ren) must be signed in and out of camp by their parent or guardian. Please do not dropoff your child(ren) early or pick-up late because we are not setup for childcare before or after camp hours. We ask that you DO NOT drop-off your children more than 15 minutes before start time and that you pick them up at the camp end time. Parents not adhering to this policy will be charged a $25 late pick-up fee for every 10 minutes past the time each camp is scheduled to have ended.
