General Product Descrip on: AFFECTS CUSTOMER SHIPMENTS WITHIN NORTH AMERICA ONLY Delay of Migra on: Southwest DC to New El Paso DC Descrip on of Changes UPDATE TO P To ensure a smooth and stable transi on from SWDC to EPDC, TE will be delaying the transi on from the current Santa Teresa, NM DC (SWDC) to the new El Paso, TX DC (EPDC), originally scheduled to implement February 8th - 15th, is now scheduled to implement April 11th - 15th. This delay will allow extended tes ng on all SAP systems and procedures to ensure a seamless transi on into the new warehouse. As we migrate the product and go-live on the new SAP WM so ware, it is cri cal to ensure this tes ng and training is fully incorporated into the systems and opera onal processes in the new El Paso warehouse. Based on the revised ming of transi on, both Shipments and Supplier Deliveries will con nue to process from the Santa Teresa, NM loca on: Address: 101 Lindbergh, Santa Teresa, NM 88008, DUNS Code: See a ached Le er. The team arrived at this decision to delay the migra on with a focus on our customers and to provide a seamless transi on to the new warehouse in El Paso. Per P , as of the end of August 2015, our current distribu on center located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico was divested to Commscope. As a result, TE has established a new Distribu on Center in El Paso, TX to support our South-West s. In conjunc on with the reloca on, our new El Paso Distribu on Center will be opera ng on SAP Warehouse Management. The transi on will be transparent with the excep on of the SAP Packing List. Currently with the use of MOVE in our Santa Teresa DC, Packing Lists can only be printed by carton or by pallet. With the use of SAP Warehouse Management in our El Paso DC, the Packing Lists will be printed by shipment and/or by pallet.
