High performnce nd ppliction-oriented verstile design Dischrge ccurcy (stbility) is within ±2% FS. A fully enclosed oil bth lubriction system is employed to permit outdoor instlltion. The durbility in continuous opertion over long period of time is lso excellent. Motor All of the stndrd models employ totlly enclosed outdooruse motors which re verticlly mounted to sve spce. The 0.2kW type is n IWAKI originl motor, which is instlled in the smll models of the series. Besides the stndrd 0V, other voltges re vilble. The series pumps of -F, -A, -B, nd -C cn be instlled with generl-purpose motors, including those for different voltge levels nd explosionproof specifictions. Body configurtions of the series re vilble in five types. They re n IWAKI originl motor type frme nd the generl-purpose motor type frmes, F, A, B nd C. Stroke djustment Accurte nd relible stroke setting is possible with the micrometer type dil of the springbck type stroke djustment mechnism. An electric servo unit for utomtic process control, such s flow, pressure, ph, temperture, nd concentrtion cn be rrnged ccording to the user's needs. Drive from the ger reduction unit is directly trnsmitted to the diphrgm. This type of metering pump is economicl nd simple with high degree of verstility. With the employment of moulded pump-hed, nd with the new stndrdistion of three types of connections using flnges, hose, or union joints (0.2kW type), not only sving in prts cost but lso improved flexibility of instlltion hs been relized. Specil considertion, (different from the ordinry centrifugl pumps), should be given to this point when plnning the pump instlltion nd piping.
