They utilise the expertise gined from over 50 yers experience of designing nd mnufcturing control devices for industril, mrine nd hzrdous re pplictions. These switches re constructed with either robust luminium or stinless steel enclosure. The luminium csting is blck nodised nd supplied with 316 stinless steel covers. The stinless steel cse is nturl finish. Covers re gsketted nd seled to chieve n environmentl sel to IP66 & IP67 stndrds. The internls utilise unique mechnism designed by the engineers t PYROPRESS to produce wide rnge, low switching differentil nd excellent repetbility. This combined with vriety of microswitches, mountings nd sensor options hs produced switch rnge suitble for ll wetherproof nd intrinsiclly sfe pplictions. CALIBRATION The design fetures simple form of clibrtion djustment ginst scle plte. This llows users to either order units with specific setting, or stock mid rnge setting nd then clibrte to suit the ppliction. Clibrtion is performed on the opposite side of the switch to the electricl connections, nd cn be set sfely with the switch supply live. On removl of the djustment cover smll grub screw cn be loosened llowing the djusting ring to be turned with smll Tommy br or Allen key. The setting is red from the centre of the red indicting ring ginst the clibrted scle plte. Clibrtion procedures for dul microswitches nd djustble switching differentil switches re detiled on the operting nd mintennce instructions supplied with ech switch.

5 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Switchcse nd covers: 316 stinless steel switchcse with 316 stinless steel covers or blck nodised luminium switchcse nd 316 stinless steel covers. Optionl 304 stinless steel mounting brcket. Microswitch: SPCO/SPDT. Options include single or twin switch ssemblies for simultneous or seprtely djustble set points, djustble switching differentil, mnul reset nd noble metl contcts for use on intrinsiclly sfe circuits. Vibrtion nd shock prmeters: Switches were subjected to Lloyds Register Type Approvl System Test Specifiction No.1 Cluse 12 or 13 Vibrtion Test 1 or 2 (refer to sles for exct specifictions) nd shock tested to BS EN : Temperture Limittions: Pressure, Vcuum nd Differentil Pressure. Process: Diphrgm ctuted (unless otherwise stted) -30 to +110 C (Nitrile) or -20 to +150 C (Viton). Piston ctuted -30 to +120 C (Nitrile), or -20 to +150 C (Viton) or -50 to +150 C (PTFE) -30 to 125 C (EPDM) Ambient: -25 to +80 Deg.C. Storge: -25 to +80 C.
