Agenda Topic Report Back Term 4 Disco & Five Cent Friday Challenge Term 4 Disco: Term 4 Disco total attendance of 246 students. A total of $ was raised from the event. Appreciation gifts awarded to Barlow Family for donating their time and resources towards Disco Fundraiser. Opportunity taken to thank teaching staff fraternity for donating their time throughout the year so P&C could successfully hold each of the term discos. Friday 5c Challenge: With one week to go, fundraiser has collected $ This is a great result and well supported by each stage. Looking forward to final count this Friday and announcing each of the stage winners and overall winner. Agenda Topic Discuss Other Fundraising Events For 2017 Discussion: Committee discussed possible options for another fundraising event for Since the committee has not been formally approached regarding re-introduction of Billy Cart Derby, it was decided that this type of fundraising event be deferred pending formal approach by a Dad s Committee who are prepared to coordinate and take overall responsibility for its running. Ideas suggested for another event included Colour Run, Movie Night, Themed Disco Night, Country Fair. Conclusion: The meeting resolved to follow-up the inclusion of a Colour Run event for Themed Disco can be included as part of one or two term discos pending further discussion.
