Human Factors 145 a 30 (e) and Amc & Gm INITIAL/RECURRENT: Human Factors covers a range of issues including the perceptual, physical and mental capabilities, the interaction and effects on individuals of their job and working environments. Objectives: understanding and identify the nature of Human Error; Reduce human error working under the stress and fatigue; Identify strategies for reducing Human Error; Adopt a non-punitive policy toward human error (not violations); Identify threats of repetitive tasks before they become errors, empowering the Visual inspection; control and implement correct communication within and between teams Air Operation EASA 965/2012 FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE: The course is focused on requirements at the European level for CAT (Commercial Air Transport) operations of aeroplanes and helicopters. The course will highlight the changes from EU-OPS 1 and JAR-OPS 3 requirements to the new EASA OPS Regulations. The new Implementing Rules (Regulation EC 965/2012) will be applicable from 28 October 2014 Safety Management System: This course is specifically designed to give a basic understanding of the elements and functions involved in a compliant ICAO Safety Management Systems (SMS) and EASA Management System (SM) 4

6 Courses Descriptions EASA Regulation - Aviation Commission Regulation (EC): This long range curse gives an overview on Part M, Part 145, Part 66, Part 147, Part 21, Air Ops 965. Easa Part M FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE: This course is focused on Continuing Airworthiness Requirements. The course introduce to CAMO operators requirements. The objectives of the course are: introduce to the EASA regulations, structure, responsibility, terms of application; analysing the objectives and the structure of Easa Part M; examine organizational requirement that constitute Easa Part M Easa Part 145 FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE: The content of the course is the Maintenace Organisation Approvals. The course introduces to the requirements that Easa Certified Maintenance Organisation must have Easa Part 21 FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE : During this course Participants will learn and revise the regulations and requirements according to EASA Part 21 6

8 Courses Descriptions EASA Regulation - Aviation European EASA Basic Regulation 216/2008: This training course will address the legal and regulatory system as defined through (EC) 216/2008 Root Cause Analisys (ENAC NAV 75 about ACAM) Flight test principles and practices ADVANCE: Introduction and definition of the basic flight test process, application of engineering principles to flight test and description of common flight test practices: a survey of the flight test discipline integrated with a variety of examples from completed flight test programs. 12 Courses Descriptions Engineering courses Intduction to systems engineering: This course presents the fundamentals of systems engineering and is structured to provide an overview of the systems engineering practices. It explains the system engineering process across the entire system life cycle and analyze all the critical activities and responsibilities of the systems engineers during the system development phases, from the definition of the operational requirements to the system verification and validation activities. Sysetms engineering methods and tools and planning, organization and management issues are also covered. The curse approach is based on the instuctor s hands n experience and on the lessons learned from a lenghty carreer in developing systems U.A.V System Reliability and Safety: The specific course objectives are focused on the Reliability and safety aspects of the design, development, integration and operation of aerospace and defense systems. The course cover the Failure Definition and Classification and an extensive explanation of the concepts, techniques and methods for the Reliability and Safety Analysis and Prediction, including practical examples.
