There were sell-out launches, news on up and coming property launches as well as fresh developments in the Paramount education arm. 3 A CITY IN BLOOM A Thriving, Green Cybercity Cyberjaya is a flourishing city buzzing with business activity and a steadily growing population. Its unique infrastructure, knowledge-driven economy, accessibility and proximity to the federal administrative centre are just some of the reasons why investors, corporations and property buyers are flocking to the nation s first cybercity. Cyberjaya is 10 to 15 minutes away from Puchong and Putrajaya and just 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur via the newly completed Maju Expressway (MEX). HP, DELL, Fujitsu, Motorola, AMD, DHL, KPMG, HSBC, Nokia, Shell, BMW and Ericsson are just some of the 500 multinationals that have set up operations in Cyberjaya.
