3 SERIES THE SERIES STANDARD MANDREL TYPE HANGER MAY BE USED WHEN RUNNING 1-1/4" JOINTED TUBING IN THE HOLE. IT CAN BE ADAPTED TO INCORPORATE A SLIP TYPE CONNECTOR IN THE BOTTOM OF THE HANGER TO ACCOMMODATE COILED TUBING. HOLD DOWN SCREWS ARE PROVIDED TO HOLD THE HANGER DOWN WHEN ANNULUS PRESSURE IS PRESENT. THE HANGER HAS TWO BI-DIRECTIONAL SEALS THAT SEAL IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. THIS HANGER MAY BE INSTALLED INTO THE EXISTING TREE WITHOUT HAVING TO RE- PLUMB THE FLOW LINES. IT ALSO PROVIDES AN ANNULUS ACCESS FOR GAS INJECTION OR WATER INJECTION FOR JET OR HYDRAULIC PUMPING. 4 SERIES THE SERIES RF HANGER IS DESIGNED FOR USE WITH COILED TUBING IN SPECIAL APPLICATIONS SUCH AS GAS, HYDRAULIC OR JET LIFTING. THE RF HANGER INCORPORATES A SPECIAL SLIM HOLE SLIP CONNECTOR TO FACILITATE THE CONNECTION OF COILED TUBING. SPECIAL HOLD DOWN SCREWS ARE PROVIDED TO KEEP THE HANGER IN PLACE WHEN INJECTING FLUID OR GAS THROUGH THE THREADED INLET BELOW THE HANGER. A GALLERY AROUND THE HANGER HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO KEEP FROM ORIENTING THE HANGER. CONCENTRIC HOLES ARE DRILLED AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HANGER TO FACILITATE THE FLOW FROM THE ANNULUS BACK UP THROUGH THE HANGER INTO THE EXISTING XMAS TREE AND INTO THE FLOW LINE. THE HANGER INCORPORATES A PREMIUM SLIP AND SEAL ASSEMBLY COMPRISED OF SLIPS, CONE, SEAL AND RETAINER. THE HANGER ALSO INCORPORATES HOLD DOWN SCREWS TO LOCK THE SLIP AND SEAL IN PLACE ONCE THE TUBING HAS BEEN SET. 9 SERIES SERIES THE SERIES LANDING NIPPLE IS ATTACHED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE COILED TUBING WITH AN ALUMINUM PUMP OFF PLUG PRESS FITTED INTO THE END OF THE LANDING NIPPLE. IN OPERATION, THE COILED TUBING STRING IS RUN DOWN HOLE WITH THE LANDING NIPPLE ATTACHED WITH THE ALUMINUM PUMP OFF PLUG PREVENTING ANY WELL FLUIDS OR GASSES INTO THE COILED TUBING. AT DESIRED DEPTH PRESSURE IS APPLIED INSIDE THE COILED TUBING AND THE ALUMINUM PLUG IS PUMPED OFF, THUS ALLOWING FLOW UP THE COILED TUBING. WHEN THE COILED TUBING IS TO BE RETRIEVED, THE SERIES PUMP DOWN DART IS CIRCULATED DOWN THE COILED TUBING AND LANDED IN THE LANDING NIPPLE AND LOCKED IN POSITION AS A NO-GO TYPE PLUG. 11 SERIES SERIES 18 INSTALLATION WINDOW THE SERIES INSTALLATION WINDOWS ARE USED PRIMARILY TO ENABLE OPERATORS TO INSTALL TOOL AND ACCESSORIES ONTO THE COILED TUBING STRING UNDER PRESSURE. WHEN THE WINDOW IS OPENED THE OPERATOR HAS AN EXPOSED AREA OF COILED TUBING TO WORK WITH. THE WINDOWS INCORPORATE A LARGE SWING AREA IN WHICH THE TUBING MAY BE CUT AND TOOLS ADDED. 13 SERIES PULL PLATES The Pull Plates are designed to allow for the testing of coiled tubing connectors onto the coiled tubing. The unit is designed with a large diameter face which prevents it from being pulled through the stuffing box. This allows for a straight pull test to be performed on the connector after being installed onto the CT. Available in a wide range of CT sizes and thread connections. 29 SERIES IN-LINE FILTERS The in-line filters are used during washing / jetting operations when clean fluids have to be pumped thru the tubing. 30 SERIES RETRIEVABLE SPEAR The Retrieval spear is used to reconnect to coiled tubing that has been hung in the well. The Retrieval Spear is available with any type connection on top such as roll-on, threaded, slip. etc. The Spear is available for any size and wall thickness of Coiled Tubing and contains an internal check valve. The spear is stabbed into the coil and pressure is pumped into the spear to activate the slips and seal. 31 SERIES TUBING CUTTER THE SERIES THRU TUBING CUTTER IS DESIGNED WITH THREE BLADES. THE TOOL IS ACTIVATED BY CIRCULATING DOWN THE COILED TUBING. REQUIRES APPROXIMATELY 600 PSI TO OPEN BLADES. 34 SERIES HYDRAULIC JDC The Flow Release JDC Pulling Tool is used for the running and retrieval of equipment fitted with an external JDC style fish neck. The tool is run to depth and over the external fish-neck. The Coil Tubing is then pulled out of hole, which causes the grapple within the pulling tool to engage the fish-neck. 35 SERIES HYDRAULIC DISCONNECT The hydraulic release tool allows the release of the coiled tubing from the tool string. Torque may also be applied to the tool. Pumping a steel ball down through the coiled tubing and seating it in the sleeve, shears the brass shear screws and moves the sleeve down releasing the retainer lugs and activates the release. Once released, there is circulation thru the tool. the bottom sub stays attached to the tool string. The bottom sub has an internal fishing neck and may be latched into with a GS Type pulling tool. 36 SERIES HYDRAULIC PULLING TOOL The Hydraulic Pulling Tool Pulling Tool is used as a means of engaging, locating and pulling on standard, internal fishing necks. This tool allows the operator to engage the fishing neck by either flowing to pump the latch back or mechanically by pushing the latch back and allowing the tool to snap into the profile. Flow through a nozzle fitted to the nose of the tool creates an internal pressure which actuates an unbalanced piston, allowing the latch to release and pass into the internal fishing neck profile. 37 SERIES HYDRAULIC OVERSHOT The Flo-Release Overshot is operated by releasing weight to engage the fish. 38 SERIES NON ROTATE KNUCKLE JOINT The Non-Rotating Knuckle Joints are used to assist centralization of downhole tools in the wellbore. Articulation ranges from 7.5 to 15 degrees. 39 SERIES SERIES ROTARY HAMMER The GTECH Hammer is a powerful downhole rotating hammer designed for use in coiled tubing workover service. The high energy impact frequency and torque output of the Hammer provides efficient removal of paraffin, scale, sludge, and tar as well as an effective tool for drilling barium, sand, and cement bridge plugs. When a "blind box" is used in place of the bit or mill the "Jet Hammer" can be utilized to drive debris downhole. Operation of the Hammer begins when the bit comes into contact with a resistance that forces the mandrel closed to the tool housing. Internal pressure builds until the tool's internal valve opens thrusting the bit outwardly with high velocity acceleration and rotational torque into the medium being drilled. Water or light drilling fluid may be used as well as nitrogen when comingled with soap or foam to operate the tool. O.D. 40 SERIES JUNK BASKET The Injector Junk Basket is used to remove debris (a.k.a. Junk) from inside the production tubing. The Injector Junk Basket may be run on the end of the coiled tubing string, on a downhole motor, or on conventional tubing. The operating principle behind the Injector Junk Basket is essentially the same as commercially available products for injecting liquid or gases into a pressurized fluid stream. How the Injector Junk Basket works: When fluid is pumped through the nozzle, it is constricted toward the injector body and changes into a high velocity jet stream. The increase in velocity through the nozzle results in a decrease in pressure in the injector body, thereby drawing fluid from below the injector through the suction ports and causing a lower pressure or reverse circulation around the bottom of the tool. This lowered pressure or reverse circulation pulls the debris into the barrel of the tool where it is held by the baskets for removal from the well bore. The Injector Junk Basket is available in the following sizes; 1-11/16 O.D., 2-1/16 O.D., 2-3/8 O.D., and 2-7/8 O.D. Larger diameter tools available per customer requirements. Accessories: In addition to the basic tool assembly, extensions can be placed between the Screen Housing and the Basket Head to allow the retrieval of larger amounts of debris. 41 SERIES DEPLOYMENT UNION The Deployment Union is designed to couple and uncouple bottom hole assemblies that cannot be rotated onto the coiled tubing. Once attached, the union provides torque to the bottom hole assembly. Lengthy tool strings can be lubricated below the wellhead and reattached to coiled tubing, eliminating the need for coiled tubing riser height. Available in sizes from 1.50 OD to 3.50 OD 41

43 SERIES CASING SCRAPER CASING SCRAPERS remove all mill scale, burrs, cement sheath, mud cake and any foreign matter from the inside wall of the casing forming a perfectly smooth and clean surface for the proper seating of packers. The number and the width of the scraping blades is so arranged that the tool scrapes 360 (full circumference) of the casing while being lowered into the well bore without the necessity of rotating if so desired.
