7 LINER HANGER SYSTEM Hydraulic Liner Hanger In hydraulic type we set the hanger by applying pressure through the run-in string, and is designed to support medium to heavy liner loads. The hanger is widely used in deep and high angle wells, where actuation of mechanical-set hangers may not be preferred. Hydraulic liner hanger is couple with running tools, pack off bushing, hydraulic landing collar, float collar(if required), float shoe and other tools. Mechanical Liner Hanger Mechanical Liner Hanger The Mechanical Dovetail Slip Hanger (MDLH & MRDLH) is a premium hanger with an integral body. The hanger mandrel is machined from heavy wall mechanical tubing and treated to the required grade. The HLC is run two or three joints from the shoe, and is used to land the Liner Wiper Plugs (LWP). The LWP provides a pressure seal from above and below and are easily PDC drillable. The LWP provides a pressure seal that holds pressure from above and below and are easily PDC drillable. Tie Back Seal Nipple Hydraulic Landing Nipple Drillable Pack Off Bushing The drillable pack-off bushing (DPOB) is a high pressure, high temperature pack-off used when working with high angle well bores. The DPOB has chevron type packing that seal tightly around the polished Cementing Seal Joint. The DPOB hold pressure from above and below and is not damaged from rotation during setting and releasing of liners. Mechanical Landing Nipple Tie Back Seal Nipple The tieback seal nipple (TBSN) has proven to be a superior method of extending the liner to the surface of the well. Using the polished bore receptacle of the Setting Collar (SC) or the Liner Lap Packer (LLPH) packer, this assembly facilitates the entry and subsequent seal of the nipple into the bore. 9 LINER HANGER SYSTEM Float Equipment Single Valve Float Collar (SVFC) and the Double Valve Float Collar (DVFC) acts as an extra back pressure valve sealing against pressure from below when floating in a liner or casing. The positive action, back pressure ball and seat valve constructed of thermal plastic ensures a secure seal. The SVFC or DVFC have no internal connections and is highly resistant to abrasive fluids, corrosion, and temperature. The Double Valve Float Shoe, Spaded Nose (DVFS-SN) features back pressure valves and a spaded nose with circulating side ports. The side ports are used when liners are set on bottom, this improves cementing operations. The DVFS-SN is easily PDC drillable. Drill Pipe Wiper Plug Drill Pipe Wiper Plug The DPWP with Rotation Prevention Clutch on the nose of the plug lands, and locks in place in the seat of the liner wiper plug. The plugs then land, latch, and seal in the landing collar. Liner Wiper Plug The Liner Wiper Plug (LWP) with Rotation Prevention Clutch on the nose of the plug lands and locks in place in the seat of the landing collar. It works as landing platform for cementing plug during the cementing operation. The area between float collar and float shoe contains semi-contaminated fluid collected through wiping action of cementing plug, during the float shoe against the contaminated fluid. CPS provides float collar ranging from 2-7/8" to 20". Other sizes can be provided on request. Float collar can be provided with single/double valve, stab in/stab in latch, non-cement filled (for size upto 4-1/2"), cement filled etc. Float Shoe Float Collar Float Collar Float shoe performs all the functions which a guide shoe performs, in addition a one way check valve is assembled inside it which prevents backflow of fluid inside the casing after cement placement in annulus while it allows circulation down through the casing. CPS provides float shoe ranging from 2-7/8" to 20". Other sizes can be provided on request. 16 CEMENTING & CASING ACCESSORIES Pup joints A pup joint is a pipe of non-standard length used to adjust the length of tubular strings to its exact requirement. API casing and tubing pup joints are manufactured according to API Spec 5CT. Pup joints are available in 2.0',3.0', 4.0', 6.0',8.0' and 10.0' length with upset and non upset design. Couplings A short length of pipe used to connect two joints of casing. A casing/tubing coupling has internal threads (female thread form) machined to match the external threads (male thread form) of the long joints of casing/tubing. The two joints of casing are threaded into opposite ends of the casing coupling. Couplings are available in EU, NU, LTC, STC and BTC thread. Coupling dimension will be as per API specification.

Mechanical Packer Mechanical Packer This type of packers are set by some form of tubing movement, usually a rotation or upward /downward motion. We have supplied different sizes of packer to our worldwide customers. Hydraulic Packer This type of packers are use fluid pressure to drive the cone behind the slips. Once set they remain set by the use of either entrapped pressure or a mechanical lock. They are released by picking up the tubing. They are good for use in deviated or crooked holes where tubing movement is restricted or unwanted. The tubing can be hung in neutral tension. Dual Bore Packer This is basically a mid-string isolation packer that is designed to seal off approximately two strings of tubing. The dual bore packer allows the simultaneous production of two zones while keeping them isolated. Most multiple-string packers are retrievable; however, some permanent models exist for use in HP/HT applications. Standard configurations have bidirectional slips to prevent movement and maintain packoff with the tubing landed in the neutral condition. Hydraulic Packer

These are heavy walled and are sized to help prevent tubing damage from the jetting action of the zone perforations. It should be installed above and below landing nipples or other restrictions that may cause turbulent flow. Help to extend the life of the well completion. Basic applications are to help inhibit erosion caused by jetting action near perforations, installed opposite perforations in one or more zones. Furnished in various grades of materials with required end connections and different lengths to meet our customer s as well as API standard requirements. 24 GAS LIFT EQUIPMENT Conventional Mandrel CPS conventional mandrels are designed to receive 1" and 1-1/2" conventional gas lift valves. These valves are mounted externally on the mandrel body. Our conventional mandrels feature external side guards to protect the gas lift valve and check. Mandrels are available in standard sizes 2-3/8", 2-7/8" and 3-1/2" in J-55, N-80, L-80 and P110 materials. We can also accommodate 41/2" and 5-1/2" sizes along with 13 Cr material by special order.

25 GAS LIFT EQUIPMENT Wireline IPO Gas Lift Valve The CPS IPO gas lift valve is a wireline retrievable injection pressure operated gas lift valve that comes in 1"or 1-1/2" OD. This valve is primarily controlled by injection gas pressure. The valve is used to control gas pressure and its flow from the casing annulus into the tubing during gas lift operations. The valve is installed in side pocket mandrels. The valve is constructed of premium materials for corrosion resistance in wells with high concentrations of H2S and/or CO2. Packing and elastomeric materials for the valve are available for standard and special service. WL Gas Lift Valve

26 GAS LIFT EQUIPMENT Wireline Dummy Valve The CPS 1.5 and 1.0 Dummy Valves are Wireline Retrievable non-equalizing isolation tools designed to install in a side pocket mandrel. Dummy Valves are in 1.0" O.D. tools and are designed for industry standard 1.0" side pockets. The is a 1-1/2" O.D. tool, which is designed to be installed in industry standard 1-1/2" side pockets. Wireline Orifice Valve The CPS Wireline Retrievable Orifice Valve is a 1.0" or 1-1/2" O.D. valve used to control the flow of gas and/or fluid from the casing annulus into the tubing. The valve is installed in side pocket mandrels. The valve is designed with a square edged orifice which, when properly sized, allows volume control when the casing and tubing pressures are known. An integral reverse flow check prevents gas and or fluid from flowing from the tubing back into the casing annulus. Oval-body mandrel design is ideal for dual-completion applications and reduce overall running clearances. The pocket is designed with profiles and seal bores to accept wireline retrievable flow control devices. These mandrels can be provided with EU and/or premium thread configurations. The pocket of the side pocket mandrel is offset from bore of the tubing string allowing full tubing drift for well servicing operations. The pocket of mandrel is designed with integral deflector profile to guide the tools inside the pocket sealing bore and deflects tools larger than the running and pulling tools. Mandrels are available in standard sizes 2-3/8", 2-7/8" and 3-1/2". Gas Lift Latches CPS's Wireline Retrievable Latches are designed to secure Retrievable Gas Lift Valves and any other flow control devices, such as chemical injection valves and water flood valves, into the appropriate side pocket mandrels equipped with 1" or 1-1/2" outside diameter receiver pockets.
