3 Contents: Step 1: Mounting the Console Step 2: Running Power Wire Step 3: Power Connections Mounting the Console Place P-Clamp over the roll bar with the flat side to the inside of your machine in position relative to the threaded inserts on the console. Insert ¼-20 studs into the threaded inserts in your console using a 1/8 Allen wrench.

4 Hold console in loose position to more accurately place clamps on roll cage. Clamps will not move easily after connected to the console. Install the clamp over the threaded stud and fix the lock nut to the stud.

5 After arranging and starting the nuts on the studs, tighten the nuts until the part is firmly secured to the roll bars. Running Power Wire The first step in determining how to run your power wire is to decide whether you want to run the power wire inside the roll cage or along the outside. We use insulated and weather rated power wire so it is safe to run along the exterior of the roll cage. Inside the Roll Cage We suggest that if you wish to run the wire inside the roll cage that you contact your bikes dealer and speak with them about your roll cage. Alternatively seeking professional installation is also advised. Remember that holes in your roll cage are harder to get rid of than zip ties. Along the Roll Cage Zip tying the power wire along the roll cage is the easiest method of running the power wire and allows you to easily remove the unit should you ever want to.

6 The power wire will generally exit the console on the same side as the battery on your bike. For batteries located in the front of the machine; start by pulling the power wire down the inside side of the roll bar. Starting at the top, zip tie the wire to the cage tightly while making sure to pull the wire tight between the zip ties. On some bikes you will have to drill a hole or place the wire between trim pieces. Once inside the front compartment or under the shell of the bike; make sure that the wire is clear of any moving part and tight against a support structure or preexisting wire. Generally there will be existing wiring running to the battery that you can follow with your power wire. Make sure to zip tie the wire securely to the bike s frame or existing wiring. Your battery many appear different than the one in the pictures below, but the instructions are still valid. **WARNING READ FIRST**

7 Pull wire to battery and cut off excess about half way across the battery. Strip exterior power wire cover to access the red and black wire inside.

8 Cut Fuse holder wire about half way and strip both ends about ½ (one half inch). Attach one of the ring terminals (included) to one end of the fuse holder and the butt connector (included) to the other end of the fuse holder.

9 Strip both black and red wire about ½ (one half inch). Attach the second ring terminal (included) to the black power wire. Attach other side of butt connector from the fuse holder to the red power wire.

10 Remove nuts from battery terminals. Place ring terminals on the battery terminals one at a time, refastening the battery terminal nuts as you go. Zip tie the fuse holder wire to a fixed point on or near the battery to keep it from bouncing. Cut excess zip tie.

11 Insert 15A Fuse into fuse holder. Fit is generally tight so a bit of resistance is to be expected.
