To open the Self Closing Manual Lowering Valve the knob needs to be turned a 1/4 turn counter clockwise (CCW). Once the knob is released, the manual lowering valve will automatically close. Because of the 1/4 turn and automatic closing features, the manual lowering valve can be adapted for machine roomless or hard to reach installations. The EHD has a minimum burst pressure of 6000 psi with an ASME A17.1/CSA B44 allowable working pressure of 1200 psi. Unit diameter is 8-5/8 and the length varies based on outlet size. The PRV is connected directly to the pressure line between the control valve and the jack. The supplied connections on the PRV make installation quick and easy. The PRV comes with either or grooved connections. See chart for sizes and gpm ranges available. All Shut Off Valves are constructed of ductile iron bodies and use a stainless steel ball. A locking device is standard on all sizes. The switch can be wired into the controller, if the provision is available, through either a normally open or normally closed contact. The kit consists of a field adjustable pressure switch with 48 wire leads, a 4-1/2 long grooved nipple (2, 2-1/2, 3, & 4 sch 80), a 1/2 flex 90 screw-in conduit fitting, and (3) 5-0 extensions of 18 awg wire with butt splices and #8 spade terminals. The filter bag is easily replacable without having to remove the filter bag flange. The VRF allows you to easily comply with ASME A17.1/CSA B44 Rule by capturing particles 5 microns in size and larger, preventing the buildup of debris within the tank making it easier to clean. The filter bag is rated at 200 gpm. The top of the flange is to be located no more than 16 3/4" from the minimum oil level. See chart for model numbers and configurations available. The Oil Cooler (OC) is extremely efficient in cooling the oil in the hydraulic elevator machine room in which it is installed. The heart of the unit consists of a triple screw pump which is highly reliable and quiet. As an added feature, to help safeguard the entire system, the pump is equipped with a safety valve set at 87 PSI to prevent a system overpressure. The oil is cooled using air produced by a helical fan mounted coaxial with the screw and pump motor. 9.3 GPM, 115/230VAC, 1 phase, BTU/h. Designed to keep your hydraulic oil at the optimum operating temperature in cooler environments to provide optimum operation of your hydraulic elevator system. Model No. TH-01 K K Low Oil Float Sensor for hydraulic elevator power units is used to detect a low oil condition. This sensor can be used in addition or in place of Oil Sight Gauge Model No. LOS-1 L L The Low Oil Float Switch for hydraulic elevator power units is used to detect a low oil condition. This sensor can be used in addition or in place of Oil Sight Gauge. Model No. LOS-2 The Low Oil Sight Gauge for hydraulic elevator power units is used to visually inspect the oil level in the tank. Manufactured of heavy gauge steel, this rail bracket is fully adjustable to conform to any requirement that you may have. Multiple configurations are possible with our unique and durable design. The 9" wide Rail Bracket is designed for 12lbs./ft. and 15lbs./ft. rails with adjustability from 2 1/2" to 5 1/4". They come with all hardware (5/8" bolts, washers, forged clips, and locking plate). 11 Pit Equipment Components & Accessories The Electronic Leak Monitoring System (ELMS) is designed to detect the leakage of either water or oil into the sealed PVC liner and also provides a manual monitoring method for verifying the leakage in the liner. NOTE: This system can only be utilized on new jack installations, or jack unit replacements, with sealed PVC liners. The Evacuation System (EVS) is to be used to evacuate / inspect fluid leakage into the cavity between the cylinder and PVC liner of an existing in-ground hydraulic jack system. The minimum required space between the cylinder and PVC should be 1/2". Model No. EVS-01 The Pit Ladder (PL) is design for four or five foot pit depth. Contact EECO for custom lengths.
